The entire experience was superb! From the time we walked into the restaurant we were greeted and truly treated with respect, courtesy and kindness. Our meal was made to order, and it was hot, fresh and delicious. The entire restaurant was spotless and the bathroom was well stocked and clean. If you happen to be in the local area and need some good, reasonably priced food please consider this McDonald’s, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

I ordered the deal $2.50 for medium sized frap shake or smoothie I got a caramel frap and I got straight blended ice with whip cream and caramel and I tried calling the place hoping there was going to be a manager on duty or something but no one answered I’m normally not the person to do this but if the lady who HANDED ME THE FRAP felt the big chuck of ice the cup had omg best believe this place is not good get some people who are actually willing to do their jobs correctly if not don’t bother working if you can’t make a simple frap

Food is bad, the some managers there are very rude, heard that they are trying to get rid of people, I went in one day and I think. It was their inspection I think and they got bad rating, dont ever come here very bad place would rather enjoy a different McDonald’s location than to be here. Even some people are telling me to just visit somewhere else and I’m like ok thank you.

I dropped by this McDonalds around 10pm on Nov 2, 2023 and got a combo by drive through, but my burger was completely soaked in grease and the inside of the burger was a disgusting pink color and mushy texture (undercooked).
I contacted McDonalds through their support channel on their app, which said they forwarded my case to the store directly, which never reached out to me, so I’m posting this review here for others to be aware: avoid this McDonalds.

One of the WORST MCDONALDS EVER! First of you would go around 1 am and up they would always be closed even though it’s a 24 hours McDonald’s and all I got was an apology! Today I go and order a ShamRock McFlurry and I get a regular Oreo McFlurry and not to mention the cup was not filled up all the way. They didn’t give me the regular straw that comes with the McFlurry so all the Oreo was just dumped on top making a big spill when I was mixing it together I find just regular vanilla ice cream! This is ridiculous! They’re number one for messing up ordered! Like who is the manager in this store? It’s almost never a good experience here! If they had the option I would not give not one star to this place! It’s so frustrating because you go expecting to get what you order!

I don’t eat McDonalds often but when I do I usually get the breakfast items. Today experience reminded my why this particular McDonalds is trash. I ordered from the automated screen because the only have one register. It didn’t produce a receipt and flashed a order number on the screen which I missed, so I had to guess which order was mine. The put the order out and leave without offering napkins, ketchup etc. I ordered a large caramel latte without whole milk (pic included). I asked where is the rest of the coffee to which she explained the rest is milk!!!. We need a chic fila ASAP!!!

This is one of the worse McDonald’s ! I come here for lunch, i only get 30 mins but yet it takes 15 mins for someone to server you! Dont go inside there will never be someone at register. They force you to use the kiosks but they can’t customize your order, only a cash register does! When the store owner is in the store they act brand new and always have someone in the lobby, but when shes not there. The employees ignore the inside customers! They don’t even acknowledge the customer at the register, dont say ill be with you in a min or anything! I have complained numerous times but nothing has changed! So here hopefully this changes it. Because this is a black owned business but your employees are terrible! And i refuse to waste any more time at this business hoping it will change

Now the one down the street says it’s cash only and they only have nuggets and chicken sandwiches. We have to do better in our own neighborhoods this is pathetic and makes me never want to eat McDonalds anymore. Im going to burger king because they’re open have a full menu and prepared to serve the community
