This McDonalds might be the worst McDonalds in the entire DMV. It’s not sketchy, it’s not covered in rats or roaches. But their drive-thru system is worse than any drive-thru in the history of drive-thrus. They have this really odd system of having 1-2 people standing there taking your order instead of letting you use the speaker system. Then they write your total on a sticky note and put it on your mirror. THEN, you either pay the person at the first window OR the people who took your order will come around, take your credit card, and walk it to the window. You’d think they do this to speed things up. But it can take up to 25 minutes to go through this drive-thru. Even if there are only 6 cars ahead of you.

Good restaurant. A little backed up at the drive thru but that’s the time of day. By contrast, inside was relatively empty and efficiently run. Clean restrooms and expected mc Donald’s food quality. Staff was friendly.

Literally the worst service ever, this McDonald’s sucks. Either they can’t get your order right, or sometimes they just forget your order completely. And the staff always acts like they could care less, like it’s an inconvenience to them to get your order correct. It’s ridiculous. Also the parking lot is a hot mess, it’s difficult to get in/out and some of the parking spaces, including the handicap spots are literally blocked in by the drive thru line so you can’t get out. I thought they would’ve fixed this when they remodeled it a year ago but for whatever reason, they just rebuilt everything the exact same. It’s worth it to drive 5 mins away to the colmar manor location
