Thank you to the hardworking staff at this and other Mickey Ds. The restaurant is constantly being cleaned, bathrooms are bright and clean, which I appreciate. The staff are so professional, efficient and take great care of customers. I watch staff as they serve clients who dine in, and it could very well be a white tablecloth restaurant. Customers are given the fine-dining experience. Plenty of accessible tables, which is appreciated. My only suggestion is to place some felt rounds under the chairs–the sound of chair scraping across the floor is absolutely terrifying for some of us. Protect those beautiful floors!

Paid close to 50 bucks for a treat for myself and family. Took items from the guy who brought to us (curbside pickup) and drove away. Got about a mile away and thought I’d take a sip of my Orange Fanta, and discovered squished between the lid and rim of the cup, there was some sort of dead bug (it was squished, afterall). At first, I thought it was okay since I had a straw, but after closer inspection of the drink, I noticed the other half of the bug (or another bug), swimming inside the drink. Needless to say, I sorta lost my thirst – almost lost my appetite, but my wife refused to eat her burger and definitely refused to drink her coke zero – not knowing if there were any other insects using our beverages as bathtubs. Think I may try sushi (and I hate fish) before I eat at this store again – and that says alot!!

Typical location but with a play area. Mobile ordering stations make it easy to place orders if you don’t want to talk to anyone. Food comes out quickly really hot and tasted good. Can’t go wrong with the soda, burgers or nuggets. Plenty of parking at this location

I stopped to this McDonald’s because it is convenient to quickly grab something for my son. However this is the third time that I have visited this store went through the drive-thru and the lady in the Drive-Thru window that collects the money looked at me close the window and then ignored me. It was cold outside so I let my window back up and waited for her to open the window or acknowledge I was there but she glanced at me continue to look at her computer screen. But ignored me. I have reported this to McDonald’s once but nothing was done about it. Because the same person in the same drive through position has ignored me three times. Not once did I get loud alluding any manner because I was trying to teach my son you get more bees with honey. I’m still waiting on a follow-up from the McDonald’s on Laurel Fort Meade Highway

Very slow, 50% of the time order is wrong. If you go indoors they won’t notice you for at least a good 10 minutes on a good day. All they care about is the drive through.

I ordered through my mobile app and did curbside delivery. They were fast and the nice lady that brought out the food had extra condiments in case we forgot to ask for them in our order. Very nice experience.

Love breakfast in McDonald’s . Coffee is the only issue in McD . It is very light and more milky and less coffee flavor. Breakfast menu is great . We loved egg on biscuit , hash browns and wraps . Lots of space inside to sit and eat. . Hassle free ordering.. lots of wall displays to order food . Good experience overall ..

This McDonalds earned a 4-star. Bathrooms were okay. Food was okay, buns seemed a little dry, fries were either over cooked or needing oil changed. Dining room was okay, just a couple tables needing wiped. Service was okay, our tableside order was bagged to go and called out for us to pickup. No self serve drink station, we just get water anyways. Kyle did like the playplace and the convenience for the value as always certainly helps. Less than $6 for our meal as a value customer.
