I am writing this second review because the service at this location and others has become consistently unacceptable. My latest order was completely wrong, and the way the staff handled the correction was unprofessional.
The Experience:
Incorrect Order: I ordered a Filet-O-Fish with lettuce, tomato, and cheese only (no tartar sauce). I was served a sandwich with tartar sauce and none of the requested toppings.
Lack of Accountability: I had to go back through the drive-thru to get the order corrected. Instead of apologizing for the mistake and fixing it, the employee charged me a second time for the lettuce and tomato that should have been on the original sandwich.
Poor Attitude: There was no ownership of the mistake and zero courtesy shown for the inconvenience of me having to wait in line twice.
It is one thing to make a mistake on an order, but to charge a customer extra to fix a mistake the kitchen made is predatory and poor business practice. Between the cold food from my previous visit and the complete lack of service today, I will not be returning.
In the fast-food industry, it is standard policy that if an order is wrong, the “remake” should be free of charge, regardless of the toppings. Charging you for lettuce and tomato on a remake is essentially a “double charge” for the same meal.

This is outrageous I am even typing all of this but the ladies here did not provide up to par customer service. Never coming here again and got my order wrong and refused to provide sauce for 3 meals.

I have never had worse customer service at any fast food than this one. Then the regular employees are cos playing as managers and owners. I called for the owner and they hung up on me because they know they are dead wrong. This place won’t see me again .

There are no refills. There are no napkins available anywhere in the store, so you are SOL if you want to wipe off one of the dirty tables.
I asked for ketchup for my fries. 2 packets provided. Not really a complaint but stingy.
Read the other reviews for a better picture especially if you want sauces for your nuggets or something different for your fries.
Wifi is a joke. Very slow and will keep disconnecting you.

Please check your order before pulling off. Did not fill my fries to the appropriate size. If I wanted a small fries, I would have ordered a small. AND they were cold!

Took my 10 ur old son to McDonald’s before he went to summer camp. While he was eating he saw a hair in his steak egg and cheese bagel, I took it back and they refunded me. I just hate to have situations especially with my child and somethings wrong with the food. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again.

Order here and waited for 30 minutes just to not get my food. Show the employee my order confirmation just for her to tell me she can’t refund me or remake the order. Was very rude and blamed me for doing things that I did not do. Anytime I come here there’s always a problem either with order accuracy or staff. Terrible.

This McDonald’s is trash! I ordered a bunch of items and asked for ketchup and sweet and sour sauce. They brought 2 packets of ketchup to the table and did not bring the swr n sour sauce. When I went up to the counter to ask for sauce, the cashier said he had to charge me. I immediately told him what was ordered and he says we’ll, “you only asked for ketchup”… what difference does it make sir? I ordered a couple things of nuggets and fries, bring the manager over! The manager came over without a fuss. Anyhow, I noticed they had no napkin dispensers anywhere in the restaurant. You have to ask for napkins…needless to say this McDonald’s sure is cheap. Customer erst shouldn’t be charged for sauce especially if it’s complimentary with what you order. You certainly shouldn’t have to ask for them to run in the back to grab napkins. This McDonald’s should be under new management
