I went to the drive-thru w/my grandchildren and the called me GiGi while I was speaking to a delightful Server. He was patient and kind when I had to modify my order (according to my grandson)! When he said to me, “I got you, GiGi!”, it made me laugh happy! Our order was fresh, hot, accurate and, most importantly, had new HappyMeal toys!!!

I came today for breakfast and I went through the drive threw and I asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel meal with a SMALL Fanta and the lady charged me for a Medium Orange Juice which I didn’t ask for and I am sure she did it on purpose because the orange juice is like a dollar upcharge and it was a medium. I wrote the bad review because this is the second time I was upcharge from this location from the same Spanish lady. I’m not sure if she just doesn’t understand or she simply wants to upcharge people because maybe they get paid more to upcharge customers but I will never be going back to this location because I never get treated this way in any other location. She didn’t even bother to give me a receipt. I’ve dealt with the same Spanish lady for breakfast around 6am. I am Hispanic by the way I don’t know expect special treatment just what I ask and pay for.

I will never, ever go to that McDonald’s ever again!. The service was horrible!. I was the only person at the counter & they act like I wasn’t even there for like ten minutes!. Then once I placed my order, it took them a very long time to give me my order!. When I ask for a refund, that is when they rushed me my order!. All the staff in there should be fired!. No customer service what so ever!. Never even greeted me, no hello, nothing!.

I don’t normally go inside this restaurant. I go through the drive through but the times I have gone inside the atmosphere left much to be desired. The service at the drive through is rushed and communication issues abound. They’re either rushing your order or I can’t hear clearly.

This was my worst experience at this McDonald’s. Ordered food fo two adults am two kids. The food was cold and the French fries were not edible. The happy meal burger had so many onions my grandsons could not eat them

This is the worst mcdonalds in maryland its actually sad. They dont listen to anything u say. I can tell them u want no lettuce and they will still put lettuce. U can tell them add extra sweet add sour sauce on the order and tell them put it in a bag and they will not add it to your bag then get mad when u ask them at the window for the sauce. These people have people waiting in lines for 10 plus minutes every damn day this place is some shit!!

I’d give it less then one star if I could simply based on the fact that I arrived at 6am having been on the road since 3am as I’m a commercial truck driver, stopped to get some breakfast and of course my vehicle won’t fit through the drive thru, stood outside the door with a sign that says lobby opens at 6am along with 2 gentleman from the military in uniform as they were also awaiting the doors to open for a half hour and nobody came to open the door, knocked on the window nobody inside wanted to acknowledge we were there and in that half hour maybe 6 cars came through so clearly not urgently busy!
