Disgusting. My bacon quarter pounder with cheese was drenched in mayo (I didn’t order mayo on it) it also didn’t have any bacon. My fries had no salt at all even though I ordered with extra. My food was cold and gross. Hardly edible. Do not eat here.

Very bad service needs to improve service on drive through. Drive through should be fast. My experience going through drive through at this location was very slow in fact it took 20 minutes. The person who was talking orders outside wasn’t actually taking orders I went around to the first window they didn’t even know my order not even close to ready. The drink took 20 minutes just for medium iced hazelnut coffee.

Manger greeted me as I walked in , but upset me as I stood at the counter he directed me to order off the kios to order my food. I told him I had a special request order which it will not allow me to do ive tried before, he then sent someone else to “help me” and I had to explain to them no only you cant put this request in at the register and you’d think they say ok, how may I help you? No, they still try to walk me towards the kios. Finially I told them my order and it clicked the kios has limited functions so, so then they helped me .

This is the weirdest McDonalds I have ever been too. The employees and the manager (In Particular) are about the rudest people I have ever encountered. This dump needs to be shut down and rebuilt with a new attitude and all new employees. Strongly suggest that you DO NOT VISIT this location.

Horrible service, every time I go we wait 10-20 minutes for small items. We went through the drive through today got our food but not our drinks they told us to wait, we waited 10 minutes they did not come outside until I came in. The drink were already made sitting there and no one was bringing them out. Ridiculous, a lot of rude stuff.
