Update: McDonald’s pretended to care by replying to the bad review they received asking me to submit through their website but that’s all they have done, absolutely zero follow through. I’ve not received a phone call, an email message or even acknowledgment other then an auto reply that they received my complaint. I would think with the chance they could have killed someone by placing none edible items into the sandwich that they would atleast follow up with something. Even a I’m sorry would have been a start. Terrible terrible service from this location!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is beyond unacceptable. This location is managed very poorly as you can tell from the service you receive. Somebody thought it would be funny to put a sticker tag right in the center of the McMuffin. This happened around 7am on 9/3 disgusting behavior!

Today 5/13/25 for breakfast and had a chicken biscuit and a hash brown. And they were ready quickly and they were professional. It was hot and tasty. Inside very clean and they had a Christmas tree decorated for July 4th. Cute touch. I liked my breakfast. I don’t do McDonalds often however this was a nice change of pace.

I live 4 miles from this place and have avoided it for 4+ years. No other fast food at 6am options forced me in there 2 times in 3 weeks. First time ! Homeless people living in cars in parking lot. A man, woman, dog CROWDING THE ENTRANCE WHILE USING WINDOW SILL AS ASHTRAY. 2nd visit, no obvious homeless, ordered at kiosk and it charged my card for sure because of alert, BUT NO RECEIPT. Waited at counter for a human to come into sight, FINALLY THE SUPERVISOR WALKS PAST IGNORING ME AND I STOPPED HER. I tried to CALMLY explain my concern, SHE PROCEEDED TO TALK TO ME LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG !!! Then a young girl walked up with an order and asked if it was mine, it was, manager TURNED AND WALKED AWAY BEFORE I SAID YES !!! How does this vile place exist ???? SCARY

Have ordered breakfast from this McDonald’s like 11+ times. ALWAYS ordering the same meal for myself and my one year old son. About 7 out the 11+ times I have ordered I have had to drive back up there for missing items or for the wrong item. Or had to make breakfast for my son/myself cause something’s been missing. When I have gone up there to have the order fixed it’s been nothing but hell trying to get the items. I don’t know if people are slacking off, not paying attention, etc. but today is the last time we will be ordering anything from this establishment. If you can’t do your job then leave and if you don’t know how to do the job and do it right then don’t take the job. It clealry says scrambled eggs (for my son) on this recipe and I didn’t get it for whatever reason but I got everything else including the drink. Makes no sense.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The final straw was no cheese on Big Mac. No matter what you get here, it tastes old, stale, and cold. Every time I would go, I’d pray to the McDonald’s God that my bun wasn’t hard and something I ordered was edible. I need a new God. — noticed i got views on this review and it’s 3/4/25, just want to reiterate, DO NOT GO HERE. I know it sucks to go to the one on dupont bc traffic, but please do not allow this McDonald’s to continue running. How to you mess up 100% processed food that all you have to do is reheat it +++ why are you guys (employees) so unhappy. Get a new job.
