Edit: i submitted a complaint and got a generic response with no solution. This location no longer exists as far as I’m concerned. Will never spend money here again.
9/10 times I’ve ordered a BEC bagel with extra sauce and gotten no sauce at all, just a dry bagel. Its inedible for me so I had to drive back to get it made correctly. I also ordered a egg & cheese biscuit and there was no cheese – how do you mess up 3 ingredients? Idk what the issue is, but yall should be making the food consistently, & not according to whatever you like. Going to the other location moving forward.

What in the shrinkflation is this egg one third of the size of normal and one slice of cheese despite charging more than before. Either this was made wrong by lazy people or they are being taught to cut corners.

I am totally fine with waiting longer than normal for the food. Finally got the two happy meals for my kids after waiting for more then 10 minutes, this was Friday at 4:45 pm. I asked for an extra sweet-and-sour sauce because there was no option on the app to get it. The person at the counter seem upset that I’m asking for extra sweet-and-sour sauce. As if they have to pay out-of-pocket. They were also not polite. Then, I asked them to change the toys because my children don’t want the skeletons in their happy meals and they said they can’t do it. I had to just throw the toys in the trash. Floors are pretty greasy with oil outside. Bathroom was dirty with urine all over. Our first and last time here.

Ordered breakfast and the sausage was ice cold on the sandwiches. The hash brown was also cold. Like it wasn’t cooked. Gave me black coffee instead of how I ordered it. Also started giving me someone else’s order. Wouldn’t go there again

Honest review: It’s a coin toss. My little one loves coming here because it’s the closest near our house depending what time of day is going to determine how clean it is and how fast the services. ALOT teens hang out here so you can only imagine. What I have to mention though is when we did have a problem with the service…the manger KATHY made sure she reached out to me and for that I appreciate thrit customer service. It’s nice to know they still care about their customers and experience ❤️

I ordered a Big Mac with no pickles and what i recieved was a mess. Evidently the food preparers dont care, so I wont care about ever going back to this McDonalds at located Sinking Spring Pa 19608. Enjoy the pictures of the garbage food I was given from this establishment. I would consider starving to death before eating here again. Thanks for stealing my money McDonalds, bravo . Save your money and stomach and go somewhere else.

Food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and tasted great. The associates I interacted with were pleasant and professional. This dining room has an interior remodel which is almost complete provides a pleasant dining atmosphere. This location was clean and organized. When the weather allows there is outdoor seating available at a patio at the front of the location and an additional patio with flowers and the fountain on site.

Paper are kind and try to do their job however if you’re buying a Happy meal make sure the toys in it and also make sure the right amount of food example if you order three Big Macs make sure you have all three

Was dashing but this location always sucks gone way down hill. We used eat this location but probably won’t ever come back worse service is this McDonald’s over 5 workers standing talking waiting over 8 to 10 minutes never acknowledged me. 20 minutes later said having system issues wasting my time losing money while we are forced wait Don’t waste your time or money here
