i love this mcdonalds, me and my friends would always chill here. food always hit but sometimes they would miss a item but all good, i can just go up to them and they’ll give it.
i just love the vibe here unless its busy or packed with kids. when teenagers are there, they would be yelling, kicking the bathroom door, GOING TO THE MENS BATHROOM (teenage GIRLS going into the MENS restroom), just insane. keep in mind they look anywhere around 15-17 years old. insane they act like that..
so in summary food really hits, they get you right, the kids and teenagers just sometimes ruin the vibe.

Came to the drive through today on my lunch break and ended up waiting much longer than expected due to an apparent mix up. I almost never leave reviews BUT I wanted to say how impressed I was with the staffs ability to fast track and solve the problem at what seemed like a very busy mid-day rush. Great customer service and friendly employees!

Staff often don’t clean the tables. Kids area need upkeep. Staff do not enforce kids play area or ask louder clients like teenagers to be respectful of the premises. Lack of pride is apparent in the workplace. Food was good although order forgot an item. Restrooms need cleaning. There are way better managed McDs around. Would avoid this place and especially between 2-5pm everyday! Wouldn’t even recommend the drive thru sadly. Needs a new manager to enforce cleaning, rules and respect from staff and customers.

I haven’t had any issues with the quality of food. It’s McDonald’s, it is what it is. However this particular location is absolutely horrendous with service and speed. I won’t ever go back to this location again, but if you’re going make sure you have 30-60 minutes to wait around no matter what time you go or what little you order. Last three times I have waited well over 30-45 minutes. Two of those times my order was lost. The most recent all I ordered was a large iced coffee and I waited 25-30 mins until I finally asked someone about it, then it was made. So I guess no one looks out for those orders or no one is a primary drink maker. Many other McDonald’s in the area don’t have this issue.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. First, the order took a long time to be prepared. Then my daughter asked for a burger with no cheese, and they still served it with cheese. On top of that, a customer walked into the restaurant with two dogs, and no one from the staff said anything.

I placed a mobile order at 5:45 a m on Thursday, January 22, 2026.
When I pulled up to the speaker, the person on the other end told me that they are only taking orders for Grubhub, and Uber Eatsm. I told him I had already placed a mobile order, and he responded by saying they are short staffed , so I need to cancel my order.
Why would you serve people who are too lazy to get out of their house?And not the people who are out and showing up at your store?
I could not be more disappointed in the level of service Ireceived here.

Adding on to last weeks review due to this app not letting me leave another one. Tried to contact you through your website. It wouldn’t let me in due to not having information needd to proceed. Went back to your store today at 3:26pm. All i wanted was a free McChicken. WOW is all i can say. Your staff has NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING! If you don’t go through the drive-thru never go here. Two people were waiting for orders when i came in. 15 minutes later we were all still waiting. I asked the so called mamager if you needed the drive-thru to be empty in order to get your food. She said there isn’t any food. Why is that when there was clearly 10 people making it. All the food went rightbin bags and out the drive-thru window. I left without getting my food. Horrible service, Horrible management!
Never had the chance to go inside to eat due to the employees not opening. Ir never gave clear times for the lobby to be open. Door said different times depending on what day of the week it is. Online it only gives the drive thru and delivery hours which states 24 hours. Very confusing especially when the 3 male employees just stand and make faces at you.
Wil pick a much more welcoming place to have breakfast.

Absolutely the worst service. Took me 15-20 minutes to get three breakfast sandwiches….and I drove up without any significant line. This location frequently forgets items or special requests. Just a completely garbage location; whomever owns this understaffed, over worked, beaten to hell location should be ashamed of themselves….but whomever it is own a McDonalds, so apparently they have never heard of shame.

This is unacceptable!!! We pay a lot for fast food and we shouldnt have to do mobile app go all the way home to then find out Buns were charred black underneath. I was furious and the fact I had to run back over there made me more angry. They gave us new ones at the drive through that were exactly the same way only leading me to go inside to talk to a manager that decided to give me an attitude rather make it right. She then proceeded to give us new ones with untoasted buns and dried ketchup and mustard when in fact my order from the very beginning was specifically no onions no mustard. I am so disgusted with this location it may just be my last time going there. Unacceptable and unprofessional!!!

Staff will walk passed you and not ask if you’re being assisted. Infact, I’m standing here waiting on a cup of coffee and instead of making it, someone decides to make themselves a cup and walk around without a care in the world.
