On some new meds that really curb my appetite so the buy 1 double cheese get a 2nd for 99 cents is perfect for a quick bite on the run. I always have reservations about businesses in this area, but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly. The food meets the standard that you expect from all McDonald’s locations.

This location has been ripping me off on kids meals all year! They’ve charge an additional fee on drinks that come with the kids meals regular like juice water milk or xtra small soda. I called corporate and they confirmed it’s not supposed to be any up charge on regular drinks! I bet I’m not the only family being robbed of the small fee every time! I have photos throughout the year and complained several times which managers said they’ve talked to their bosses.

Put in a mobile order for drive through pickup. Pulled up and they told me the grill wasn’t working and that I need to cancel my online order and order from the limited food they had available, which I did. They confidently told me I can cancel my order on the app. However, they had indicated on their end that the order was prepared for me to pick up, removing the ability for me to cancel the order. No help from them and I ended up just wasting money for trash food. Don’t expect any customer service here and they do not know how the app works. You will waste money if they cannot make your order. $24 down the drain due to their incompetence. If the grill is down, immediately remove the ability to order online.

Also, the 2 people I spoke to in the restaurant were very rude. Stay away from this location if you can.

They get my order wrong or have something missing or messed up all the time asked for the bacon hot honey special got no bacon but did get half the jar of mayo on my sandwich

I love McDonald’s coffee in the morning way better than Dunkin and Starbucks, unfortunately this particular location in the morning their coffee is horrible it’s always stale they never make it right I asked for five and five sugars and I never get that and then whenever I asked them or take it back and show them that they made a mistake politely they act like I’m the jerk for bringing it back, the morning drive-thru at 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. is absolutely terrible unpleasant unkind unfriendly and extremely attitude driven.They have absolutely no business serving to the public or in customer service. Now I have to go 3 miles down the road to a different McDonald’s just to be treated properly and get a correct cup of coffee. Don’t go here between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m.

I think it’s important to be empathetic to what restaurant staff endure day to day, and the attitudes they have to put up with when customers are impatient. This McDonald’s location, however, is a terrible experience all around. We placed a Mobile breakfast order on the app, and after standing in the restaurant for 45 minutes, we still did not receive our food. We weren’t even acknowledged once, even though the bag with our order number on it sat empty on the kitchen counter. When people did step up to ask about the status of their order, they were often met with an attitude and told to keep waiting. There was no sense of urgency among the staff to serve the customers in front of them, as they continued to fulfill delivery and dine-in orders while the Mobile folks stood waiting. We left without our order 45 minutes later to salvage some of our morning. We will not be returning here again.

I am understanding to a degree – it’s fast food and young kids working. However, not one person had gloves on. I watched a girl cough in her hands and then continue packing up food. Absolutely disgusting.
