Food was good..when I got it. Lol. Ordered on the app. 3 trips to the car later I had most of it.. lol. The Girl and Regional Manager actually argued with me over a free app deal. I had to leave before she came out a FOURTH time.

They treat there employees like crap. I was in there tonight when one employee was being yelled at because he and his girlfriend placed a mobile order before work. I could tell they kept yelling at him and it was making him very uncomfortable. This is not the way to keep employees. I also waited for my food inside for 35 min. They are more worried about bullying their employees than getting the food to customers.

Absolutely atrocious! I wanted half an hour for ONE sandwich and ONE drink. This has happened on multiple occasions when I have gone here. I have gone at various times of day, on different days. This isnt just a weekend or lunch rush issue, which would be annoying, but somewhat understandable. Also, I have gone a couple times in the morning (before lunch is served) and there have been fried on thr floor and window sills. Gross! This place needs to do something about their crummy staff

We use to eat there alot but the place went down, there are kids meeting there in groups and are friends with the employees so they don’t say anything to them, but they get very loud, it don’t feel safe their. The employee bringing our food last night basically brought the food to the table and threw it on the table, then went over and started talking to the table behind us about things they are doing later in the night. I don’t need to go here there is a Burger King down the road or a Wendy’s.

I have had issues using one of the app deals and the staff has been wonderful. The app code for the deal never works but the staff has found a way to work around it. Thank you to Gilbertsville staff for their patience and help with this issue.

I generally assume all McDonald’s reviews are overblown, but on a not very busy evening it took 25 minutes to get a McDouble and a happy meal. However, the restaurant is clean, the food was hot, and the staff was apologetic. They just seem to be disorganized or understaffed.

Barely warm double cheeseburger… One small slice of pickle, maybe about ¼ teaspoon of diced onion. They did give me some extras of both on the side after I went back up to the counter and asked.

I’ve gotten iced coffee twice now in the early morning hours, and it’s obviously left over from the night before. Not even drinkable The food is usually well made here, and the service is friendly, but my iced coffee has been horrible lately. Please make FRESH coffee!

I stop at this Mickey ds often. I prefer to stop at others as this one is always painful at night. It’s usually busy late and I can’t decide if it’s the crew or the managers that are not good. They are friendly,, but either not guided well or too high..
Almost every car has to pull over to the side to wait for their order to be brought out, it looks like a Sonic. I think they must be short handed but when I get to the window I see lots of people wandering around, just jawing with each other. Then they tell me pull over there next to those seven cars. It must be a franchise store cause no corporate store runs like this one. The franchisee should pull into the drive through in a rental car about 10:30pm on Friday night and see what his guests are seeing.

Slowest McDonald’s on the planet. They added a second drive-thru to make the wait even longer to get your incorrect order. A simple request like NO ONIONS seems to baffle the minds of everyone working the grill almost every time I order. Since its really the only burger place in Boyertown/Gilbertsville they kind of have you by the short hairs and you have to suck it up and take it.
