I would just like to say I visited this McDonald’s on Sunday August 6th around 6:00 p.m. and I want to say I had the best chicken deluxe sandwich ever. So please whoever you have cooking keep them do not get rid of them. And the help was excellent also at the cash registers. Is one of the best experiences I’ve had in years and it was fantastic the chicken sandwich deluxe. Please keep up the good work and don’t let it go downhill and keep the people that you have on there working

Excellent McDonalds. How they used to be. Food was hot a fresh and looked like the pictures. Very friendly staff. You can tell it is run be a very good Manager. Manager “T” is very professional and you can see does a great job running the restaurant. Definitely the best McDonald’s in the area. Nice location , ample car parking , right off the road and easily accessible. Little busy when we are at the drive through and waited around 15 mins to get into window. May be the time 7 ish pm. Food tasted good except the Big Mac . Felt little dried and not juicy. Speaker on the drive through was very low and very hard to hear the voice of the person taking order. We asked for Buffalo sauce but got the bbq sauce

Went through the drive thru and they asked me to park in a spot and wait. Waited 15 minutes as they continued to be unorganized sending out orders to the wrong cars. I watched 10 cars drive off with their food before me even though I ordered basic food, 2 doubles and a fry!! Eventually I went in and was treated very poorly by the manager. I asked why they continued to park cars instead of serving them at the window and she insisted it was not cheating the system but was designed this way. How the hell is a drive thru designed to park cars? I watched 6 other cars get parked instead of served at the window how it should be. Mean while, the entire kitchen staff was standing around just as lost as their “manager” who seemed to be very confused as to how “fast food” is supposed to work. I would rate this 1 out 10 for terrible service and disrespect to the customer. Good luck of you choose to eat here!

I have been to this McD’s many times over the years. Tonight was a total disappoint. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes (I clocked it against the timestamp on my receipt) until I walked up to the window and asked for a refund. There had only been 3 cars ahead of me. The girl at the window complained to me there are only 2 people working up front. I blame mismanagement of the evening shift. Don’t expect a bunch of young college students to compensate for your poor management and understaffing the shift.
