The food here is about what you’d expect from McDonald’s — fresh enough and consistent in taste. However, the customer service really brings down the experience. The staff seemed uninterested and unapproachable, with no effort to greet or acknowledge customers. It felt like they were intentionally ignoring people at the counter, even when it wasn’t busy.
I had to wait quite a while just to place my order, and when I finally did, the attitude was cold and unfriendly. It’s disappointing because McDonald’s usually maintains a certain level of service, but this location definitely needs improvement in that area.
Overall, the food was fine, but the poor customer interaction and long waiting time made the visit frustrating. Hopefully management takes notice and trains the staff to be more attentive and welcoming — it would make a big difference.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s about 10 times now as I go to college nearby and the food here idk what they put in it but it’s actually some of the best McDonald’s I’ve had. Almost everytime I’ve came the customers have brought the food right to my table. Idk if it’s sad McDonald’s is the bright part of my day but this location is an easy 5 stars

Nice location , ample car parking , right off the road and easily accessible. Little busy when we are at the drive through and waited around 15 mins to get into window. May be the time 7 ish pm. Food tasted good except the Big Mac . Felt little dried and not juicy. Speaker on the drive through was very low and very hard to hear the voice of the person taking order. We asked for Buffalo sauce but got the bbq sauce

I would just like to say I visited this McDonald’s on Sunday August 6th around 6:00 p.m. and I want to say I had the best chicken deluxe sandwich ever. So please whoever you have cooking keep them do not get rid of them. And the help was excellent also at the cash registers. Is one of the best experiences I’ve had in years and it was fantastic the chicken sandwich deluxe. Please keep up the good work and don’t let it go downhill and keep the people that you have on there working

As I told the manager, one of the most well kept McDonald’s I’ve been in for a long time. Place was clean and little flower vases on table didn’t hurt. Food came out hot. Actually enjoyed sitting and enjoying our meal.

This is by far the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. As a college student at west chester university, I eat here frequently since it’s very close to campus and it’s a great experience every time! Order is ready very quickly (literally, it’s ready in like less than 2 minutes after placing), with the food being hot & fresh, the employees are so kind, the inside is always clean. I wish all other McDonald’s locations would be as good as this one is!

This is the final time I visit this McDonald’s. So many times they messed up my orders. But I give them another shot. This time I’m done. They gave me not even a full large soda (Dr. Pepper is what I ordered) and tasted it to find out that the syrup in their machine is obviously kicked. Normally I wouldn’t even write a review or call. But this is honestly the worst McDonald’s in the west chester area. Do not go here!

I got two McFish. Both were as freaking dry as it possibly can be. I attached two pictures and informed McD. This shouldn’t happen.
