This is a McDonald’s with McDonald’s food but I’m giving it 5 stars. Why? Great service. There’s nice people working there who have a smile and are happy to see you. It’s efficient. I think the management must be good. Glad it’s my local McDonald’s.

I am rating this as McDonald’s restaurants go. This isn’t a down place, it’s fast food. The service is tremendous, really nice crew there, with solid management. The restaurant is always clean, and orders get out fast.

When my husband and I order, it always seems to be my food that is forgotten. Even when we had my kids there, my food was still forgotten. I get it, you get busy and you may have someone new in there, but there should be a manager checking to ensure every order is correct. Let’s also not get into the fact you had kids from the automotive school nearby illegally parked on the side of a handicap spot meant as a space gap so those of us with wheelchairs or walkers can legitimately get out. Then staff would not do anything about it. It was the only handicap spot left and it was needed.

Revising my review. First please take away the automatic message asking if we placed a mobile order when going through the drive thru, its incredibly frustrating as it serves no purpose. As for the food, its always been on point. Service is usually pretty good. Whomever worked the drive thru today around 9:00am was super nice. There is another woman who works many shifts there and she is also super nice!

Tl;dr -I pay for fast food service, I expect to be delivered fast food service. I don’t think that’s an overly complicated item nor one that is untenable as other locations manage it with ease.
Lovely building- unfortunately unfortunately the staff doesn’t have anything approaching the necessary coordination to deal with a high-volume location like Central lionville I’m currently writing this in my car waiting for my order along with five other individuals right at peak lunch hour
I don’t understand why restaurants seem to go light on staff when it comes to critical times like lunch – 5pm and 12pm, those should be the task for the day the number one priority item along with the evening Rush hour. Period.

Ordering was quick and efficient and the associates I interacted with were pleasant and professional. The dining room provided a pleasant and clean environment. My food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and tasted all right, but the buns were a little hard and dry.

Went to dine-in and the hours on the door say 6am – 11pm. We go at around 8:55 pm and both doors are locked. No other signs explaining why it’s closed and the employees just stared at us like we’re stupid. Won’t be returning.

For some reason, refused to sell me the five dollar McChicken meal when I have bought it at other McDonald’s. Not to mention, we’re rude about the fact that they don’t have it. I am disappointed and confused; It is mentioned on the menu and on your website as sold, please correct this mistake

It’s McDonald’s food and I got what I expected. The order was right. The food was made correctly and most importantly the happy meals had everything including a toy. So often at the drive-through a various McDonald’s, something is missing in the happy meal with a toy the apple slices the sauce for the nuggets, it’s such a disappointment for the kids when you arrive home and one of them has a toy and the other one does it . But as I stated everything was correct this location .
so on a McDonald’s restaurant scale of one to five it gets a five. We dined in order ahead and scanned the table to have our food delivered to the table. It arrived in about a minute and a half and was hot.
The main reason the place only got three stars is most of the tables were dirty . There with her two grandchildren so we needed a table for four either there a single person was sitting at a larger table, which is no problem. It had an iPad or a computer out and doing things while they’re reading. The remaining tables at food wrappers pieces of food, catch up or something else on the table. I grabbed a stack of napkins by the soda machine and went back to clean the table myself as my food arrived.

Almost $4.00 for a strawberry banana smoothie. When I received it looks like someone already drank some. I asked the lady at the window where is the rest of it? She said this is a medium. I said I know what I ordered, but this is almost 1/4 empty, for $4, that is a rip off! This is the only thing I order, and I have never received it like this! Always filled to the top……and all you could do was grin at me.
