I’ve been here twice in the past couple weeks and each time it’s been TERRIBLE.
The first time was a late-night trip where there was NO ONE ELSE being served and my food STILL took FOREVER. Now, I gave them benefit of the doubt because I wouldn’t want cold fries just because their last customer was there 30 minutes prior. HOWEVER, they didn’t communicate well and just had me sitting there and then the young lady came to the window asking if I was a delivery person as if again…. THERE WAS ANYONE ELSE IN LINE THAT I COULD HAVE BEEN CONFUSED WITH AS I SAT AT THE WINDOW.
Fine, again, benefit of the doubt on a late night.
I went again the other day and ordered a double filet meal. I got home only to realize there was only ONE filet. They also didn’t give me my cheese. I tried to submit the issue through the app but it kept crashing after I pressed “submit”.
I don’t think I’ll even bother stopping at this location going forward.

The worst experience ever just ordered through uber eats I ordered the big arch meal and a Big MAC as a executive chef and a multi unit general manager this was the sloppiest food I ever ate didn’t taste right my large coke was missing from ny meal, I used to recommend this McDonald’s to people because of its cleanliness and the care and freshness of the food never again I literally just threw my food in the trash, tomorrow I will be walking over and talking to the general manager about this because whoever made this food did not care about the guest experience at all and whoever is managing is not doing a critical walk of the restaurant and following up with the team members making sure that the food is being cared for and that the guest experience is being save. As a persons on the food industry I do not and will not recommend thus place to anyone.

How in the world does employees see you waiting for a pick up and not one says anything to you? One walked pass me 5 times and didn’t say one moment or anything just kept walking pass. The sad part the manager or team lead was no where to be found. The same person that handled the trash with his gloves on took them off then went on to make peoples food no hand wash or nothing. No sir no thank you. Y’all have a good night.

Stopped here for breakfast on the way to the job for a quick bite a was sorely disappointed, most of the staff was sitting on their phones for 10-15 mins as we were the only ones in the store. After this time someone who looked like a manager came out and said the coffee machine went into cleaning mode and asked if i wanted an iced coffee instead. A 1 dollar iced coffee is not really a replacement for a machiato but whatever. Why did it take so long to tell me the machine was in cleaning mode. If the restaurant was busy that would be one thing but it was empty. Wont be going to this McDonald’s again any time soon thats for sure. Food was also cold by the time i got my iced coffee to leave.

I can’t stand an unprofessional establishment. Your hours say your lobby hours are until 11pm. I came to pick up my order placed from the app at around 9:15. Doors were locked. You have a bell outside and I rang that thing over and over again just to see you guys with no care in the world continuing to service the drive through. I even CALLED twice and no one answered. Why even have a pickup option if you’re gonna decide to lock the doors at whatever time you want? I’ve already submitted for a refund and I’ll be calling again if I don’t get my money back.

Updating my review: besides that one incident, they’re usually nice and friendly when I stop by (mostly Saturday mornings), especially the guy at the first window. Original: I usually have great service at this location, especially from the man who takes orders on weekend mornings. I’ve sung their praises and left positive survey feedback. Today though, I ordered ahead as I usually do for breakfast at 10:12, got there at 10:22, and the unfriendly woman told me, she had to check what “they had left”, which was only a hash brown. Why would you allow me to order something ahead of time, just to tell me you don’t have it when I get there? And if you serve breakfast until 10:30, how are you out of food before then?! Complete waste of my time.

Our delivery order had an unacceptable amount of fries in all of our Medium Fries. The fries are expensive, yet this location constantly skimps people of the proper portion. They also often forget your drink in the order and throw your sandwich together with little care. It’s sloppy, unkind, and all too common at McDonald’s locations across the city. Food service is not easy, but it is up to the managers to get their act together and improve conditions for both its employees and customers. Do better.

This morning I was met with “You know you can get two Diet Coke’s for $2.49 at Wawa, right?” Unfortunately, I had to educate the man on the difference between Wawa Diet Coke and McDonald’s Diet Coke. And if you know-you know. It’s really a shame that no one wants to work anymore— They literally advertised for me not to come back.

This McDonald’s location was good until about 6 or 7 months ago, there are new workers and one lady manager during the day is rude. The service is horrible and very slow causing long lines. Things need to change for the better at that place quick, it’s horrible!

I stopped at this City Ave McDonald’s drive thru for breakfast. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches ONLY. NOT meals… $9.59 said the male clerk. I asked how. He said, “They’re not Buy One Get One.” I replied, “That’s not what the sign says.” Yeah responded, “YOOOOOOOO” I asked is that how you speak to customers?? No thank you for your service. At this point I no longer trust eating anything from this unprofessional establishment. 1 gave them 1 star because it was the lowest rating allowed. The only nice thing i can say is that the exterior of the building looks nice. And the long line moved slow.
I WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO D.D. where I received prompt professional service with a smile and tasty food to boot.
