Hands down the best McDonald’s around. I purposely drive out of the way to come to this location because the workers are all very sweet and pleasant and make my day better. The woman working the end of the drive thru where you collect the food tonight around 640pm was wonderful as always. You might not realize it but i really needed and appreciated your kindness tonight. Thanks for having awesome workers

Don’t order coffee if you don’t want it to look like this. Then it’s watered down and they don’t follow instructions about condiments on the side. They got a singing cashier though for all that’s worth.

This place is definitely hit or miss. Tonight was a huge miss. My sister ordered a double cheeseburger and a double quarter pounder meal. When she got to the window to pick up her food, the double cheeseburger was not in the bag. When she told the young lady at the window that the double cheeseburger was not in the bag, she reviewed my sister’s receipt and told her that the double cheeseburger was not registered for the order. My sister asked for the burger and offered to pay for it. The young lady told her that she didn’t have a register nearby (one was next to her) and that she had to drive back around to do a separate order for the double cheeseburger, which my sister did. After settling everything and paying, she thanked both the cashier and the young lady at the window, for neither one of them to respond. The young lady even had an attitude. Once my sister got home, the food was terrible. The double quarter pounder was cold and tasteless and the double cheeseburger was also cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted and the bread was stale. Tonight was disappointing.

Hit or Miss… excellent one time then sucks the next…but I see improvement overall..last few visits been fine… Good morning crew always seems to go out there way to be friendly and faster. UPDATE went on 8/30/22 at 1230p and the entire staff was EXCELLENT! food came fast too

What kind of food was I and my husband served?! The beef patti fell apart and it wasn’t even a whole full size 1/4 lb patti. The big Mac we got was mostly lettuce and bread with some sauce slapped in the mix!

This location is incapable of completing an order correctly. It’s undergone management changes over the years, but the result is the same. They can’t complete an order correctly, can’t maintain service during posted hours. Be sure to avoid at all costs.

And no ice cup after leaving… The workers argument is I don’t by food everyday but I still do. It’s not funny to disrespect McDonald’s moral template they don’t give water after you consecutively eat at the location. And a good joke is the dark guy and light skin girl that thought it was funny… Because laughing at someone who needs water after they bought from your establishment with, your friend behind the counter is illegal. And unsanitary.

Before ordering at the drive thru the woman on the speaker notified me that they were only taking cash that evening. I I had enough for some fries and a burger so I stayed in the drive thru. By the time I realized there was some other problem and I should just leave (11 full mins) the line started moving. When I got to the window for my food I saw that they had no idea which was my order. The kids running the show were extremely disorganized but with happy attitudes. Some not in uniform but hanging out with their friends. I got my food. Started to drive away, looked in my bag and felt cool fries and hard bread. I parked my car in the lot and walked back to the window and requested new fries. I decided to just throw the burger away because the possibility of all the buns being old and hard was high.
This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a fast food joint. Planned to call to report all this 2 days ago but got distracted. Also some of the signage on the window was covered with advertising to purchase houses for cash. Not appropriate. This store owner and manager have taken their hands off the wheel. I won’t be back.

I got to this place often its alright and i like that they close the resturant emtrance monday-fridays 2pm-5pm but can still pick up at the drive thru or the small window if your not driving there is a small bell.
