They’re usually pretty decent if you go in the morning, not so much in the evening but it is what it is. I went this morning and I just wanted to share my two cents today because some extra training might be needed for whoever cooked the food and prepared iced coffee today. First I want to say that the cashier was nice and efficient. I ordered a number one but when I checked the sandwich I saw i got folded egg. I didn’t feel like getting the cashier’s attention to ask that it be made correctly so I drove off. After a few minutes I took a sip of my iced coffee and it was way too strong. Like cardiac arrest-inducing strong. When I got home I poured half into another cup, fill the rest with water, and it was still quite strong. I think what happened was when they double brewed it they didn’t put the ice in the urn, or maybe the quadruple brewed it. It’s not the end of the world and I feel silly complaining about it but I wanted to make someone aware because it’s very possible they just might not know these things or forgot. Otherwise they keep things very clean and presentable and are very nice
**Edit, changing my review to two stars after going again today, coffee was still insanely strong and my egg McMuffin had absolutely no meat or cheese. The woman who took our order was super pleasant but again I think who ever is at the grill on weekday mornings might be in need of more training

My daughter and I went around 5:30pm to grab our mobile order. (The grinch meals that I’m sure are running them) It said ready but wasn’t up yet. It was definitely busy with orders plus the drive thru line. A manager did greet me and let me know my order was coming up. I didn’t catch her name but she then went back to where she was helping all her team members. They were all working hard so the wait was understandable. Food service work is no joke and this shift handled it so well. Thank you!

Ordered a large Dr Pepper and it was flat. They never put straws nor condiments or napkins in the bag. And I did not receive all of my monopoly stickers as I was suppose to. This is how my food was delivered to me. There is always a problem with this location.

I have rarely had a good experience with this McDonald’s. Pretty much everytime I order from here, I get wrong items, missing items, and EVEN MISSING MEALS. morning people aren’t as bad as the night shifts. These people shouldn’t be handling food if they can’t even read a full order on a screen. Please investigate into this.

I tried to refrain from leaving a review, but I have to. The location is the worst I have ever been to
I keep getting burned, over cooked, and sometimes dry meals. Today topped the cake, my fries were extremely dry and brown, and my chicken sandwich was burned and patty not cooked it was a mess. I purchased 2 $5 meals for my kids, and I feel like they just gave me anything. On top of that, the staff is extremely disrespectful , but in even complaining, you’ll just be transferred right back to the same store talking to the same people you’re complaining about. I seriously dislike this McDonald’s. I never received my coupons for my inconvenience from the last incident, and that was months ago. I’m so disgusted!

Overall, my experience at McDonald’s was satisfactory. The employees were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth ordering process. The food met my expectations and was satisfactory in taste and quality. Additionally, I found the restrooms to be clean and well-maintained. In summary, it was an average McDonald’s visit, with no major complaints or standout positives.

Night shift is rude I called just to make sure my order was made right and I’m pregnant I gotta walk all the way around there just for them to make it right I ordered a smoothie and frappe and fries I live right up the street my fires are cold my dasher was waiting at the store for 5 min that mean they was still bagging the order it should be no reason every time I order it’s no straws I called back and asked her why it wasn’t straws in the bag and no frappe she got smart and hung up . They definitely need to have better management checking the employees making sure stuff is done the correct way . I understand people make mistakes but why every time I order there’s literally a mistake. Yes I’m taking this to corporate because I’m pregnant why when I order off DoorDash I have to walk all the way around here just for for my order to be correct. Don’t make sense….!!! 4/14/25
