Went for mother’s Day w my husband and 5 kids. We eat out as a family maybe 1 or 2x a year. It was peaceful good vibes great service sweet young lady and I believe the cook brought us out food and he was very sweet wishing me happy mother’s day. If it wasn’t the chef it was a man in the back who was very kind. Had great time w my family! Food was yummy and kids were loving it! Husband too! Was a nice mother’s day breakfast for dinner!

Took my husband here today for an casual breakfast date for our anniversary. He has never been to IHOP so I knew he’d really enjoy it….and I was correct. We got there around 11 a.m and was surprised there was no line ahead of us so that was an unexpected bonus.
Our waitress was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious.
I ordered the steak tip breakfast and substituted the shredded potatoes for actual home fries and my husband ordered the Split Decision breakfast ( 2 sausage, 2 bacon 2 eggs, 2 pancakes and a slice of their french toast). He added the strawberries and bananas on top of the French toast … amazing!
He was very impressed with his first visit and I know we will be back again soon!

Delicious food ! Definitely stop by here for some awesome breakfast..
Stopped here today for late lunch and decided to have brunch.
Today we had two orders of the biscuits and gravy with two over medium eggs on side , this meal comes with sausage links as well.
Also the Colorado no onions, side of French toast and a glass of milk.
Our food came out perfect
No complaints , anything we needed the waitress had already taken care of ..napkins , refills …very pleasant experience.
Would love to stop by here again for the good food and awesome hospitality.
This location obviously has good management, it really shows.
I would recommend this restaurant if you are in the area

My fiancé and I walked through the doors of this particular IHOP absolutely ravenous and ready to gorge ourselves like good little consumers. We were unaware of what we were getting ourselves into. Immediately greeted with the frigid temperatures of the great white north, I was tempted to start a fire for warmth, fortunately I was distracted when my poor fiancé was yeeted out of his seat like the booth had a generational grudge against him and his future children. We did eventually make peace with the seat and all was well as long as he didn’t move more than 2.5 inches closer to the table.
Our waitress was pleasant, though slightly off. Not in a bad way but more of an alternate dimension way.. just a little too tall, a little too calm, a little too not based in this reality.
This would prove to be foreshadowing for the food we were about to receive. Out of sweet tea. The weeping of southern grandmas could be heard throughout the realm. The food was as melancholy as the staff. Just ok enough to eat but not good enough to be considered real. All of the sodium was removed from the sausage and bacon and added directly to the hash browns, which admittedly i did enjoy those. Also, that vanilla cold brew was fire, it almost made up for the fact that the biscuit and gravy tasted like what I imagine that mystery sludge in the back of your freezer tastes like when you finally discover it 3 years past when it should have been disposed of.
Part way through the meal the waitress came back and I assumed it was to ask us how everything was as it was the most inopportune timing, but alas, I was wrong. She was there only to give us our bill. Ma’am, we aren’t done here, if I’m going to have a sad meal I’m at least finishing it off with some tasty cinnamon dippers.
Our caramel was forgotten like the oldest step child in a family of 6. We did request said caramel and were greeted with an entire back of house full of staff with the same characteristics as our waitress! All uncomfortably calm in a sea of would be panic.
We left the building dazed and mildly confused about the entire experience but fortunately we came out into the correct dimension, albeit it does appear my right leg is now shorter than the left and the cinnamon dippers were cinnamonless.
“Maybe the real treasure was the friends we made along the way” only we didn’t make friends, just a chance encounter with a restaurant full of alternate reality employees. I doubt I’ll be back but I do appreciate the experience.

Great laid back experience. Went before dinner rush and had only a few tables taken. Very attentive server as she was not trying to juggle 10 or more tables. Food was as expected and good value for the price. Quick delivery and very attentive waitress multiple stops during meal. Over all a very pleasant experience.

So my wife got the new Mexico chicken bowl and it was apparently fantastic. French fries that came as a side with it or also pretty good. The coffee was hot and tasty and the two buttermilk pancakes that I got with the butter pecan syrup were the best pancakes I’ve ever had. The unfortunate downside to today was the burger. I ordered a burger cooked medium and got a burger cooked well done. After letting my server know she returned with a new burger that was not only also. Well done but the bun was still cold from being in the cooler. The cheese was unmelted. And was overall very disappointing.
On the plus side of the meal, after the second burger was not up to par, the manager did come out to speak with me. She did discuss the process of making a burger and offered to remake the burger the way I ordered it, personally. I’ve never had a manager come to my table and offer to cook my food for me just to ensure that it was the way I wanted it. So after my trip to the Auburn Maine IHOP I am left mildly disappointed with my food. My wife’s food was very tasty, however, the customer service here is amazing. And I would most certainly return here again.
As a side note, the third burger that I got that the manager made herself was fantastic. Originally, I began writing this review before getting the third burger. It was going to leave three stars on food quality but now I’m leaving 4. I’m leaving a happy customer.

Wait time was great, server was prompt, prices are still decent. The food was great of course, but I wanted the new holiday beverages. Ginger snap hot chocolate and the ginger snap milkshake are to die for!
