When we pulled up to the drive-through there was a long line. But once it was our turn to order everything got better. The young man that was serving us was so respectful and patient. He talks so clearly and was super helpful. It seemed like he was doing every job himself but amazingly. When we pulled up to the window, he had a giant smile on his face, It made everybody in my car happier. Even though our fries were not fully cooked, I got over that very quickly just because of the joy on this boy’s face. Somebody please give this kid a raise. I believe his name was Andrew.

The manager that was on when I was there was respectful of his crew, you could hear him leading them and getting stuff done. I would describe his as a nice drill sergeant, if you can picture that. What a great team leader. I would hire that man. He was very nice to us as well. The food was put together perfectly and our order was correct.

Manager in the pic immediately started yelling at everyone that they need to give him a code to pay despite us telling him multiple times we paid at the kiosk. He kept insisting we didn’t. He kept going on about codes codes codes. Then kept reading out orders and not listening when we told him multiple times we only ordered sodas and those were not our order. We’ve been to many McDonald’s locations and never heard anything about needing a code to get your order. He made a DoorDasher cry while we were there. As he was arguing that we didn’t pay and needed a code, another employee gave us our drinks. Because we did in fact pay. Then he claimed we “didn’t tell him” we got just drinks, to which even another customer spoke up as said we DID tell him. After him being a total idiot and getting back what he gave, we tried leaving which is when he stormed out of the store and got in my spouses face. I stepped between them and told him to back up and he refused multiple times. He refused to give us his name, which tells you he knows he’s in the wrong. He’s on a power trip and seems to be following his own rules. I have no clue how this absolute clown still has a job.

This genuinely is the best mcdonalds I’ve been too. Every single employee is beyond nice. I did like 15 orders for the free food one by one and they handed every single one with a smile. Especially the dude in the dodgers uniform on halloween. He was so helpful not just to me but every person I saw come in and walked out smiling. Absolutely amazing experience. I’m going to come again.

My recent visit to McDonald’s was incredibly disappointing. Despite explicitly requesting no salt on my fries due to a health issue, they arrived heavily salted. The lack of attention and indifference from the employees was disheartening. McDonald’s needs to prioritize customer requests and improve their customer service. A little more care and consideration would go a long way in creating a positive dining experience.

This has to be one of the worst locations in their market! Food never comes out right! They can’t even figure out how to cook a hash brown that isn’t soggy and falling apart. Lines are always long because they do not move fast at all.
They also like to wait until you pay to then tell you to go wait 10 minutes around the side of the building for your food.

Fresh and hot food. Tried to get staff attention was like pulling teeth. Waving and saying excuse me to get attention wasn’t working so I yelled over the noise. I was told I didn’t have to yell, then they went back to ignoring me.

The sandwich was OK. We ate inside. Maybe some employees didn’t show up for work because an individual who appeared to be a manager was involved in our order. He seemed to be in a bad mood. His answers to questions were curt, and he seemed irritated. Our interaction with him put a damper on what otherwise was a pleasant morning. In the future, I think I’ll stick to the drive through at this McDonald’s.

Appreciated the upbeat attitude of the person taking my drive thru order. Fast, correct, and with a smile! 🙂

Went through the drive-thru and thought my order wasn’t going to be taken. I get to the window and the girl was on her phone! I sat in the parking lot to eat before getting on the freeway. She did it to another person! This car sat at her window for a good minute while she was on her phone. I got fed up and honked at her. She got scared and quickly got off her phone and realized the car at her window wasn’t the one to honk, it was me. She proceeds to try and look in my car and give me dirty looks. If I wasn’t in a rush, I would’ve personally talked to her manager. I also want to know what fast food restaurant allows your hair down with no hair net, because hers was. The food was old and not good on top of my poor service.
