Horrible service, horrible food, horrible staff. Ordered $44 worth of food and the 2 double quarter pounders we got was raw burgers and of course getting it thru the drive thru didn’t know until we got home to eat out meal. Will never get food there again and would highly recommend you dont either!

My orders have consistently been correct and they will make your food fresh to order if you ask for it. Salt on your burger is just a bit hit or miss at this location. Sometimes they’re busy and you will have to wait in a pull-forward spot. Average cleanliness inside. I’ve never had any major problems with this location.

Arrived at the drive thru at 645. We waited several minutes, other cars left the lines. I even called them to ask if their intercom was broken. The excuse was they’re short staffed. Finally ordered at 655. Got our food at 7. And you bet I checked the order to make sure it was right!

I have lived in Towanda my whole life, I’ve stopped at this mcdonald’s countless times. For the past few months it is by far the worst customer service I have received in my life. It is specifically the second window where they give you your food every-time. I’m a teenager who works at dunkin, I do customer service every single day and nothing about this mcdonald’s is nearly up to any standard. I am definitely not one to complain about this, I understand having a bad day, but it’s every single time and it’s rude. My friend and I recently went, in the second window the girl went to hand us our drink, dropped it, spilt it in my car, which I understand mistakes happen, but she didn’t even say sorry she instead got mad AT ME because she dropped the drink. She then handed me the food and slammed the window shut. Any other time it’s no “have a good day” or even a hello when you get to the second window they don’t speak at all and rudely give you your food. At first I thought maybe it’s a me problem, that maybe the two girls i constantly see in the window just don’t like me even though I don’t know them and have never interacted with them besides telling them to have a good day, but my mom, boyfriend and friends have also had similar experiences at this place recently. Horrible service, rude people.
Edit: Also forgot to mention the time there was a literal bug in my fries and the girl had me wait 30 minutes to get new fries and asked me to pay for the said new fries without a bug.
Edit: Again with this place. Coffee grounds and chunks in an iced coffee.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 kids meals. When I got them I noticed the apple slices were missing so I went back through the drive through… when I got to the window I explained to the worker that they weren’t in there and he started having attitude about it. He then turned around to ask another lady working there if she could grab the apple slices she then proceeded to throw her hands up and say “for what” “they ordered extra fries”. She was completely rude over nothing. I checked my receipt to make sure it had apple slices and it was on there.

Awful experience. Guy at the window was rude. The forgot condiments. They forgot food. The girl at window couldn’t figure how much the order even was. The wait was excessive especially considering they didn’t even fulfill the entire order.

Ashley is so professional and patient. She came out to advise me the day shift did not clean the hot chocolate machine and I would have to wait 20minutes. I said ok Thank you. This shift was very helpful.

Worst drive through service ever. I ordered two sausage McMuffins and 2 hash browns. They asked me to move forward and that they would bring it out. I waited at least 10 minutes until someone brought out my order which did not have the hash browns. I called to the woman who brought it out and she said she would be right back. I waited another 5 minutes. I then got out of my car, went inside, with my receipt and asked where my hash browns were. I was told that they made fresh ones and that it would be a couple minutes. This is the second encounter like this at this location. And they were not busy. Horrible service!

Ordered 2 steak bagels. Immediately parked to eat and the bagels were hard enough you could use them to pound a nail in. Went back around to show them. They made me park for nearly 15 minutes waiting for them to fix their mistake.

Got the wrong order after clarifying at the speaker. It happens, not a huge deal. Then I found a massive deep fried bug in my french fries. Definitely will be skipping this location from now on.
