We came to Bagel Bros for lunch, despite the noticeable parking lot congestion everytime we drive by. Luckily, we got the last spot immediately as we pulled in.
Unfortunately, I didn’t feel like a bagel or bagel sandwich. But, before we came I noticed that there were other lunch options available. So, I went outside the expected box and tried a cheeseburger. And, I regret it immensely. I should have a bagel at a bagel shop. Those looks good, and my husband enjoyed his lox – cream cheese – capers bagel a lot. But…the cheeseburger was just awful. I rarely refuse to eat what I’m given but after a few bites I was done.
First opinions, the bun looked fluffy and the patty looked pretty thick. I was thinking that this could be okay after all. But no, the frozen and then cooked patty had absolutely no seasoning on it and zero condiments. No ketchup, no mayo. Nothing. Just dryness. I’m thinking maybe the patty was cooked in a toaster oven? Idk I couldn’t eat it. And we left shortly after to get something else for me to eat.
Moving on, the menu says it comes with fries but alas no fries. Only chips and pasta salads were available. So I opted for chips. Wouldn’t you know that literally all of the chips minus the plain lays were expired.
Man. A total disappointment for that hamburger meal. Never again.
Positive side: get a bagel at a bagel store. If this was a drive thru location, I think I would return often for just a bagel with some cream cheese… those looked great!

I tried the Everything Bagel with Vegetable Cream Cheese and a bacon, egg and cheese on a roll . Everything was fresh and flavorful. I travel to NY often and I must say the quality here its undeniable. I will be visiting often! The staff was very friendly and upbeat!

My daughter and I stopped in this morning to finally try their bagels, and we were not disappointed. First their customer service is amazing. They have a great selection of bagels to choose from. I was happy to find sea salt bagels they are my favorite and not offered at many places. We both kept it simple and got bagels with cream cheese and loved them. I highly recommend trying them out if you have not.

Best bagel ive ever had! Asiago with chive creamcheese was amazing. Husband loved his aswell as the French toast. Parking is a challenge especially with large vehicles. Dinning in was ok, the very loud chime sounds from the orders coming in was a little unpleasant but the music was nice. The quality of the bagel is definitely enough to overlook the parking situation for us. We will be back, service was friendly too.

Great local bagel store. NY style bagels with quick and friendly service. No nonsense bagels with lots of variety, that said the standards were as expected and will certainly be back. Surprising the dearth of quality bagel places in the area but this place makes up for it. Not sure about all the comments about parking, had no issues and while not a real sit down restaurant, they do have some tables inside and outside for a quick bite and coffee.

I just stopped in after seeing their billboard. Being from the Northeast I don’t usually find authentic NYC anything here in lake county but these bagels were exceptional! Perfectly chewy and cooked to perfection. If you’re looking for an authentic NY bagel I highly recommend.

Very hit or miss. When getting this food delivered they forgot all the sasuage on our bagel sandwhichs. Going in person is better to get your order right, and please check. If you ask for things like no cheese, or a everything bagel they often mess up. But when done right it is fairly good and they people are nice.

Best Bagels I’ve had in FL! Closest thing to an authentic NY Bagel sandwich. Sometimes it gets a little busy, but the staff works through the orders quickly while maintaining their standard! It’s busy at times because the regulars know the quality! I would definitely recommend this bagel shop!

Tried this place for the first time today and it was fantastic! I’m from NY so I can confirm that the bagels are authentic. So we got an egg sandwich and lox and we were both very happy with the quality and quantity. Parking was easy, and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be regulars here!
