So I ordered a Large coffee at the mountaintop McDonald’s the screen said my total was $1.00 got to the window and the lady said $1.06 I said well your screen said $1.00 and before when I bought coffee from here was a $1.00! She said times have changed I said I guess so so I received my coffee got home took my first sip and had to tilt the cup way up because it wasn’t full I received 1/2 cup of coffee and 1/4 cup of milk even though I asked for 2 cream no sugar yes I have a photo! Please recalibrate your machines or train your staff better. Also your coffee is a $1 not $1.06 your welcome for the .6 cent tip you didn’t deserve!

Ordered 2 Dble quarters with cheese last night. The burger cardboard containers were soakedwd thru with grease, so much so the bag was soaked also. Are we paying the same price for lower grade beef? Never experienced this from any McDonald’s.

Service was absolutely ignorant! I’m sad that the young staff is so rude and nasty. Very sad to experience this. I actually never in my life dealt with such rude mean ignorant staff. They all aren’t like this but today was sad. Please evaluate your staff.

Ordered delivery for my kids this morning. Pancakes, Sausage, eggs & biscuits hashbrowns. No pancakes in any of the containers.. order was sealed so delivery driver tampering isn’t a matter this is the restaurant. Sadly it’s always this restaurant. I don’t have high expectations of McDonald’s, its fast food. However how do you mess up a simple order like this? Anyone with eyes can see not everything is in the 6 containers is there and yet still sent it out..I have lived in the area for a few years now and normally avoid all mountain top restaurants & eateries like the plague.
