Just took a huge mouthful of the milk from my grandson’s Happy meal milk and it was super-sour……10 min of wrenching and vomited once. Weird thing is, the expir date is march 26. Thank god our 4yr old didnt drink it.

Always issues with this location! Tonight ordered a simple nugget and burger through the drive thru. Got to the window asked if we could pull forward…mind you thru do this ALL THE TIME! no one was behind us so I simply said no thank you. With that the girl at the window went psycho…calling me disrespectful etc…food came out during this…I took it smiled and said goodnight and pulled off…. SHE CHASED AFTER MY CAR CURSING AND THREATENING ME that I had to call law enforcement…DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!

Waited 45 minutes for our food. In the drive thru, was told to park because they were finishing cooking up our order. 2 items were missing. Finally got them and everything was COLD. This location is one of the worst locations in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area.

Placed order at kiosk and waited forever for someone to take my money. I called out to workers more than three times. Waited for my food only to find it completely missing the bacon in the “bacon cheeseburger.” More waiting and calling out for a worker. They did remake my food, but it wasn’t really passable.
ETA: McDs said they would work to fix this and have not done a single thing to do so.

These workers that worked the afternoon shift on October 24th 2025 should be ashamed of themselves calling the cops on an innocent 13 year old and having him arrested all because he was being a kid that never gets in trouble and is always buying food in that specific McDonald’s!! But god doesn’t like ugly you reap what you sow!!! Let it be your child one day!!! I highly recommend anyone to not buy from this McDonald’s and boycott it!!!!

There is ALWAYS an issue when getting food here. They always either get the orders wrong or forget to place the items you ordered in your bag . Choose another location. Don’t come here.

Walked in to order some food, no one working the counter, one overwhelmed employee walking around completely confused, several people standing around wondering what was going on, when I asked an employee if I could order something to eat, she said she was on break and ignored me, at that point myself and three other customers just left. How this place is still open for business is amazing. Don’t go here if you’re hungry because it’s a train wreck

Horrible McDonald’s, just can’t seem to get things right. Multiple times have been directed to pull into the waiting spot for drive through. Then you are forgotten about and have to walk into the establishment, ask around for your order that was from the drive through. Look stupid, and then get handed your cold food that’s been waiting, with skimpy fries that fill the container half way. Other locations are much better.

Horrible service, food is always messed up or something is always missing and the managers are rude and don’t care about the customers. Never had a problem at any other Mc Donald’s. Accidents do happen but come on all the time !!! Step your game up its not that hard to prepare food !!
