This is one of my favorite McDonald’s. The food is always hot and fresh. The reason for the 3 stars is because they require you to order at the kiosk. The kiosks have been tested to contain fecal matter. That is disgusting. Not to mention it’s very impersonal. The employee that brought out the food was friendly enough and the place is always clean that’s why they’re a favorite. Bring back ordering by human and when I come back, I’ll change it to 5 stars.

The advertised lobby hours need to be honored. I suppose they close shop whenever they choose. I’m a DoorDash driver and am late due to a 26 minute wait time in line to serve 3 cars, including myself. This place is a joke. I’d hope this staff is capable of better.

Most recently, I ordered fries and a sandwich. The fries were (I can’t stress this enough) disgusting. Luke warm and they look double fried. How they managed that during lunch is beyond me. The sandwhich had mayo oozing out of it, just way too much for a smaller sandwich. The employees barely acknowledged my existence. The only brightly shining star at this location is an employee named Rayven. She always makes me laugh but wasn’t working that shift. They’re the only fast food place with a drive thru for miles so I guess we’re stuck with them.

This used to be the best mcdonald’s in carbon county, now it’s the worst. The service is terrible, whether it’s the 40min wait for something as simple as a 10pc McNugget or the constant messing up of your order. The food never seems to taste fresh even if you go right when they open or just switch to lunch. The kiosks inside are almost always out of paper and never give you the option to pay at the counter unless you let the order timeout. All in all, it is just the worst mcdonald’s in our area. I recommend you try nesquehoning instead.

We did the drive through after a baseball game so it was a little on the busier side bc im pretty sure all the parents had the same idea lol. Order was spot on even with having picky kids that need special orders and the food was fresh and hot

So I went to this McDonald’s location today and ordered off the McDonald’s app needless to say I had a lot of points to cash in so I did so well I come in to pick up my orders and a nice cashier asked me if it was mine and before I could reply her store manager [Eve] decided to make a corny joke by saying “yeah he’s got like 50 or 60 of them lol” shame on you eve this manager could use a class in customer service maybe they should promote the cashier. she handled herself very professionally.

Very friendly staff, and food was done in a timely manner. There is no playplace but they have a very unique dining area for kids which I thought was fun.
