Order the coffee and ask if they have French vanilla and the cashier said yes when I got the coffee it didn’t taste like french vanilla and to give me French vanilla and she said it was but if you look at the picture is not French vanilla. I asked again and they just ignored me. Be honest and if McDonald’s doesn’t have French vanilla for coffee don’t lie to your customers . Remove it

At 9:40pm on 2-24-26 after sitting in the drive-thru for over 10 mins along with 6
other cars, we were informed by a few adolescents who screamed from the back door that they are closed. Unfortunately some of the cars didn’t hear the announcement and continued waiting there. This is a 24 hour restaurant. Put out cones to block the drive-thrus and turn off the order board. Or have an associate telling people through the speakers that they are closed. There was no explanation given, and no apologies for the inconvenience. I understand it’s just McDonalds but teach your associates to have some common curiosity. They knew we were all sitting there. CHICK-FIL-A WOULD NEVER!

Trash. Actual trash. There was no one taking orders or handing out food. I had to wait 5 mins at the speaker and then 10 minutes at the window to even SPEAK TO or SEE a person. I ordered on the app and I came to pick up 20 minutes later and they still didn’t have it ready. I almost never leave bad reviews but this experience was extremely frustrating because it was winter and I had to sit in my car with an open window. There wasn’t the option to cancel the order, or I would have. Trash. Did I say this already?

The service here is awful. It took over 30 minutes to wait for a single happy meal. Multiple customers were also waiting for their food as well. I almost missed my daughters holiday concert as a result. I understand things can be for get really busy. But they seem to be completely unprepared for a dinner rush. The manager seem to be overwhelmed as well as unconcerned for other patrons who are waiting inside the restaurant for their food. Either the corporation that owns this franchise or McDonald’s corporate themselves need to do something regarding this restaurant.

Came to have breakfast with a coworker. This location in the mornings is always busy but the wait time for our food wasnt too long. I enjoyed my time eating here, but the only problem for me was that there was alot of people, as expected. Employees were very nice and the woman that brought our food to us was amazing!!!

Myself and three other customers were standing in front of the Ordering counter while four of the McDonald’s employees stood in the kitchen talking to one another. One of the workers was even leaning against the registers with her back, turned to the four of us. I asked the other customers if anyone had received service yet. All rep replied, not yet. I then approached the woman leaning against the register and asked her politely if she was customer service. She turned around to me, look me square in the face And said “ I’m on break”. Then turned her back on me once again and walked into the kitchen out of sight. A moment or two later, someone asked me if I needed assistance. I Asked him if my pick up order was ready to which he responded were working on it. He then stood there for another minute, staring at me and reached over to grab a bag that was in plain sight handed it to me and said here it is. I tried to even call management, but the number listed as the restaurant phone number is a fax number. Apparently there isn’t even a manager available to speak with at that location.

Relatively fast. I asked the Drive thru team member if there were napkins in the bag and they said yes. When I got home, there were no napkins in the bag. Also, the McDouble was special order no onions and there were onions put on the bottom of the burger.

Customer in front of me orders an ice cream. I ask for one and he says “ the machine …… is … down right now” when he literally just made an ice cream for the other customer.

They never get my order tight even when i place it online, i asked for a 4c deluxe and they manage to always give the spicy one, when i ask to replace it they just add tomatoes and lettuce leaving the the spicy sauce on the same burger… im just done with this place it’s very disorganized and rude, when you point out the mistake on your order. And now they didn’t even bothered to add anything but pickles and on top of that it was cold.
