I had an amazing experience at this burger spot. The hamburgers were incredibly flavorful — juicy, perfectly cooked, and made with fresh ingredients. Every bite was packed with taste, and the buns were soft and delicious. The fries and sides were also great, and the service was friendly and quick. If you’re craving a truly delicious burger, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Just recently moved to Florida and was craving a burger. I was about to hit one of the usual fast food spots, but I decided to try something new in the area, and I’m so glad I gave Back Yard Burgers a shot!
Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations, but they completely proved me wrong. The burger was incredibly fresh and flavorful. I ordered the Barbecue Bacon Cheddar, and it was delicious. My only small note, I wish the bacon was a little crispier and maybe a bit more of it (I think I only got about a piece and a half).
Other than that, everything hit the spot. Their onion rings were amazing, and next time I’m definitely trying the fries. Excited to go back already!

I am here visiting from out of town.. (Alabama)… I saw this place as I was driving around and decided to stop and try it out.. I am so glad I did… first and foremost the customer service was spectacular..trust me I am very big on getting treated right and with respect!! Even before trying the food… Well guess what I got just what I wanted.. ROSEMARIE DELIVERED… She was very nice and cordial and she also helped me pick out my meal because I was undecided on what to choose.. This was my swcond time here and the first time Ibteiwd the burger..The best burger that I ever tasted…I wantes to try something different so ROSEMARIE recommended me the onion rings with a yellow sauce forgot what she called it and I tried the fried shrimp combo… yessss indeed She told me it was good and she didn’t disappoint me.. My food was excellent… And her customer service was TOP TIER!!.. I think it’s very important for people to be kind to others and she showed me her kindness with the utmost respect… It’s really starting to become rare these days that fast food workers are that kind but she is truly a hidden gem and definitely a keeper to the establishment… She should be rewarded for her courtesy… I will most definitely be back this week before I leave to head back to Alabama… I will miss eating at Back Yard Burgers..because we don’t have one in Alabama..But I will be back to visit you again as soon as I return.. We Tried backyard burgers for the first time today after driving by for years. We got the sw bbq burger and black jack both were great! Tasted fresh and tasty. Also decided to try the Nashville chicken burger….highly disappointed. Not as pictured/advertised at all. Salty flat chicken filet with non existent slaw. At $9 each we just threw $18 straight in the trash. But the beef burgers and fries were pretty good.

Tonight was my first time trying Backyard Burger in Altamonte and I decided to write this review to share my experience. Because this was my first time, and I had my kids with me, we were very slow to order. A young lady named Jasmine helped us put the order together. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient which really helped make the experience a positive one! The burgers were also incredible! Everything was clearly made to order which was great. Garden C. Had spectacular customer service. He was patient, kind, professional, knowledgeable and this really set the stage for an awesome experience. Too many times at other burger joints, we are rushed through the drive thru. The Berger’s are delicious, the fries are tasty and hot, and the lemonade is perfect.

It was our first time here and Adriel was so kind and offered amazing service. He made us feel comfortable while browsing the menu, answered our questions, offered us all the possible options, including any sauces we might want. He did this all with a smile and professionalism. This type of service is hard to find these days and I think it should be complimented. He’s an outstanding employee! Oh and the food was great 🙂

OMG I am literally coming here everyday. I just now the crew is gonna get sick of me cuz im eating every item from the menu. We ordered a lot of food and it literally took no time to arrive. The food was incredible fresh. Our burgers were well put together, cheese melting and dripping, the taste or the burger, everything was perfect. The fries, Tenders, onion rings, everything fresh and the crunch!!!
