Came to get more credits on the app and bought items from monopoly choices for game peices. No items came with a game peice. The drink was an empty cup so why prompt me for drink choices… then my big Mac did have the extra sauce I wanted…. but where’s the rest? Totally a waste of my money. Feels like I should have stopped in trexlertown instead.

Came today (3/7) around 2 pm, and they had a line in drive through and a bigger order in front of us. The workers were busting their butts and cleared the line, and we got our food quickly. It was hot and fresh, and the lobby was very clean! The whole staff was friendly, even during a rush. Good job everybody, and thank you!

The experience was horrible. The only reason we went was because the location closer to our residence is currently shut down. The encounter started out with waiting to order more condiments after just barely getting our food with one of the female employees and the other female employee encounter was just so rude. The female employee gave attitude at first acknowledgment, was just rude all around after trying to buy extra condiments. My husband attempted to buy additional condiments and was denied stating “we couldnt buy at the 2nd drive thru window” After going back and fourth for what felt like over 5 minutes with the second female employee I let my husband know to just leave because I no longer wanted the continue the pointless interaction. The amount of food that we ordered was not enough for just 1 of each therefore the reasoning behind the attempt to pay for the extra condiments.

I came here to try out the new 5$ meal deal. I liked it. Service was fast and courteous. The drive through is two laned and well managed. The lot is clean and there is plenty of parking. The food tasted great and was well worth the $5. A burger, fries, nuggets and a drink. I did not check the nutrition information but I am sure that’s enough fat and calories for most people not training for the Olympics.

I waited over 20 minutes at McDonald’s 3860 Allentown without being greeted, acknowledged, or spoken to in any way.
I share this not in anger, but as a minister and community member who believes that how we treat people matters especially in everyday interactions. A simple greeting or brief acknowledgment carries weight. It affirms dignity, presence, and respect.
Delays happen. Staffing challenges happen. But silence toward customers should not be the standard. Communication is a form of service.
I am leaving this review in the spirit of accountability and improvement, not condemnation. My hope is that leadership will see this as an opportunity to strengthen customer care and restore basic hospitality at this location.
Small acts of courtesy reflect larger values, and those values shape communities.

Only have experience using their drive thur service. The lady taking the breakfast orders is the best greeter I’ve dealt with. She always sounds cheerful ( at 6am!) polite and courteous. Can’t say the same for the workers in the 2nd window. Regardless of what time, they NEVER say a greeting or anything and just stuff your bag into your hand. I don’t need a smile but at least a simple “hi”.

My family and I are visiting from out of town and wanted stop by and grab something to eat. We ordered about $42 worth of food. After standing waiting for about 5 mins for someone to acknowledge us my husband finally waved a woman down and she proceeded to take our order. The food was freshly prepared fries and burgers were nice and hot. Before leaving an asked one of the associates if I could have an extra sauce and she responded I already put one in the bag I then said ok but I’m asking for a second sauce! Like it’s ridiculous to pay over $20 for food just for them to say you can only have 1 sauce. Allentown McDonald’s will never get my money!! A billion dollar company and acting like an extra sauce dip is going to kill their business. Shame on you

This place is horrible why do you have to pay for a happy meal to buy the toy! Smh!! Also why so many flies? It’s like you have to be nice to get proper service! But they don’t feel it’s necesary! Also I called prior to get the number of the happy meal toy to be lied to and told we don’t look at it smh! I used to work at McDonald’s and I would never be this inconsiderate! Why are the prices to the happy meal so high?

Kids enjoy playing over there. It is hard to drag them home unless it is the closing time. Food is not the best, but they are not expensive. You are free to bring your own food, they have tables for you to eat.

Good was done really fast (we went at 10:30ish after leaving Dorney Park) only negative was the Dr.Pepper tasted a lil weird (metallic as well as flat). We had a decent sized order (2 20piece nuggets, 3 large fries and 3 large drinks) that normally takes a bit of time but it was ready when we got to the pickup window.
