Start off with atmosphere, employees SCREAMING at each other. Saying “you don’t wanna do it right go home”, “it’s like this every time you’re on grill”, and such…embarrassing for the establishment. Which is a shame bc it’s actually decently nice inside and outside. Food took pretty long to come out, but whatever at least we got it on trays. So I’ll say service was decent. Both burgers had rock hard bottom bun and were cold.

Ordered drive thru, then waited almost 10 mins behind the person already at the window. It looked like the woman running the window was also doing all the cooking, packing, order taking, etc. They forgot to put the egg on our sausage egg mcmuffin sandwich, and both mcmuffin sandwiches had “hard’ English muffins — there were either very freezer burnt or had been microwaved. Very disappointing for such an iconic brand who is usually very consistent with their food.

As far as McDonald’s go, this is one of the nice ones! 9/10 I’ve had a good experience here. One time the sweet tea was out and they didn’t have ketchup. The rest of the time my fries are hot and fresh, my burgers are hot and good. If I get mcnuggets they are cooked well also. They seem to keep up on there oil not letting it get to dirty. Kids also seem to love the playground area. The staff is friendly and helpful also.

Made mobile order and the McChicken was just sad, not a lot of lettuce or mayo like I had asked, the flurry was not mixed well and also not filled to what I feel like 5$ is worth compared to other locations I’ve seen

Online says they close at midnight. I work evening shifts and am often hungry after a long day of work. Sometimes I just want a convenient late night fast food option. I order on the app at 11:24 PM. I already paid. I go up to the drive thru and wait there for about 5 minutes. No one answers me on the speaker. Go up to first window, no one. Finally I go to the last window to find radio silence. I finally see a dude mopping the floor and I go inside to tell him I’ve been waiting out there for 15 minutes now waiting to pick up my food I already paid for. He responded “Aight” and went to the back to converse with a female employee. They both disappear for another 10 minutes. I briefly see the guy walk past and we make brief eye contact before he disappears in the dark again. I even try to go inside again and they now locked the doors. I ordered a 10 piece nugget and it is now 11:54. It should not take 30 minutes for nuggets. Horrible attitudes to a paying customer who ordered ahead of time well before closing according to Google.. Not even a sorry we’re closing down early so we can’t make your order. Just blatantly ignoring me.

There has not been once in the past 5 years that this McDonald’s has handed me my food at the window. No matter if they’re busy or dead, they make you pull forward or into a spot to wait. If it’s busy, then it’s hard to pull back out to leave. If it’s dead it’s pointless.
I’m sure this is due to the goals or metrics from corporate but it’s really annoying. On my most recent visit I went at a weird time and there was no one behind me. I got a burger, fries, and a soda. Nothing extravagant or complicated. Yet they still made me pull up to wait for my food. With no one behind me. Definition of first world problems here, but it’s been such a pattern that I’m officially annoyed.
The people working the first payment window are always friendly and nice at least. Can’t say the same for the second window.

We ordered ahead on the app. Went through the drive thru as we already paid through the app as well. The first time through they gave us less than half our order. They forgot 4 sandwiches and our 20 piece nuggets!!! Seriously, all they gave us was the big Mac and 3 large fries with a shake and 2 sodas!!! Our large fries were not large fries at all and our food was cold. But at least we got to waist extra time waiting for our food and get not all the fries we paid for!!!

Never go to this McDonald’s it’s terrible. we ordered breakfast at 10:20 and we only got our food at around 10:45. The workers were so rude. drive-through didn’t work. nobody was answering us when we were waiting at the drive-through for like five minutes. i then went inside and the lady was very rude and she said I had to go back through the drive-through. when we got our food, it was also Very cold And we’re missing a few items. Never go to this McDonalds. The one older woman was really sweet, but the younger ones were rude.
