Today at Manheim McDonald’s on Route 72 wasn’t very busy very low Staffing. They’re slushy machine was down of course their ice cream machine was down. They need more competent help in this place and some more organization. Waited at least 10 minutes at the counter to have my order taken. Once my order was taken it did not take long for my food. But then of course I only got two hamburgers and a small fry.

Haven’t been to this location in a long time despite it being the closest to me. The boys up front this morning were very polite. My hash brown was fresh and hot, and my coffee tasted fine. It was a slow time so I can’t speak for how they handle rushes. Will probably be back if I need a coffee while out at the Grocery Outlet next door.

Very unprofessional charged me for Big Mac sauce but put it in kids meals chicken nugget boxes?? Dirty dinning area bathroom smells like WEEKS OLD PISS!! Fries were cold chicken patties were old dried out and my burgers were COVERED in ketchup!!! How do you do that? Very very very very slow service with 2 managers on shift !!!very very very very UNACCEPTABLE!!
