Worst experience ever..went thru the drive thru to redeem points that were about to expire. The man in a blue shirt said they were having problems with the points so I chose to have them taken off my order. As soon as he shut the window he started blowing the f bomb about me not wanting to pay for the fries. When I got to the second window I asked if he was the manager and I preceeded to say how inappropriate he was…things escalated and no manager EVER came to the window. I went thru drive thru. Immediately checked my bag and it had long hair in it so immediately went inside 3 woman stared and just kept doing their thing after 2 min of waiting and not being a knowledge even though the kept staring at me. I finally let them know there was hair on my hash brown yelling over the counter. Please give better customer service because all 3 looking at me were managers . I came in right from drive thru. The manager said it’s red hair mines is pure black/brown. No hash browns no fries no working coupons or ap. Like why does this one have so many problems it’s the only one close smh

Worst McDonalds in the area & worst I’ve ever been to in the United States in 40+ years of traveling. So many issues from slow to sluggish service, to inaccurate orders to serving improperly prepared food. Over the years people have complained but nothing changes. Franchise owner milks this cash cow while offering coupons & apologies but NEVER resolves the issues and now doesn’t even send said coupons. Corporate needs to take this location over and restore it.

Is it the best McDonalds? No. Is it the worst? No. It’s just a McDonalds. I’ve experienced some really friendly employees here, and some that likely were having a bad day. A lot of times it seems like high school kids working of course, they can be fun to interact with or see what shenanigans they’re up to in there. Sometimes the food isn’t made the best but most of the time everything is ok. I would recommend if you’re looking for the arches that this one is a ok to stop at.

I recommend checking your orders in the drive thru before you leave because this particular restaurant gets the order wrong every single time. It’s happened to me one too many times. Fries are always nasty…change your grease once a while! It makes a huge difference.

The problem is that not many are going to comment that I had a great McDonald’s burger and give a five star rating. But I will say that I had a great sausage burger, tasted amazing really. We were on our way to newyork and had breakfast here. Due to covid , you cant seat inside the resturant. If you order online sometimes it will be quicker than drive thru even if you dont have the application. This is what I did, because it was hug line. I downloaded the app and waited at the curb-side. Food came very quick
