I’ve been to this McDonald’s only three times and every single time it is let me down. Every single time I’ve been here my order has been incorrect. But today was the worst of them. The first time I was here, the lady was extremely rude. The two ladies I talked to with today they were nice. They told me that they didn’t have a certain drink so they made me something else after asking. After grabbing my online order I went to my car. I ordered a four piece chicken strip and a happy meal that included an extra fry and the tiny tan toy. I did not get the toy and I didn’t even get the box that was advertised, even though I saw it behind the counter. I also didn’t get the extra fry and then when I opened up my four piece chicken strip I basically got a nugget and a little more. I’m fed up with this place.

This place is CLOSED for renovations but still taking orders through the app. Can’t call for a refund, the number is NOT IN SERVICE. And can’t cancel the order through the app because there’s no option. No help from customer service besides “Call the restaurant you ordered from, the app is a third party, so you’ll have to just call your bank and dispute the charges”. Ridiculous. I dunno what’s worst, dodging accountability or stealing from customers. I’ll go with both.

Time: approx. 2:40pm on Saturday, Nov. 15. White, Male, Manager thought I didn’t pay for a “Mobile-Order.” Sir, you’re the manager, and you don’t know that Mobile-Orders are already paid for? He proceeded to ask me if I had my receipt, I tell him yes. He then asked on his microphone, “[Employee Name] did the mobile order pay?” Is that a serious question? I then show him the receipt, and then he tells the girl he asked the question “Nevermind, I’m sorry.” That’s the wrong person to say sorry to sir. I don’t know what made him need to do all of this, but very unprofessional. I’d suggest y’all think twice about who you are letting be a manager, especially when they can’t distinguish between a paid mobile-order, and an in-store mobile device receipt that is not paid for yet until going to a cashier.

Provided cups where dirty underneath rim. A fly and some fruit flies flying around on the eating area.
The food was served carelessly… the burgers were soggy, the cheese not melted, the fries and nuggets dehydrated and stale. To top it all, a hair on the food tray.

This Walmart has given us HARD Food!! It was disgusting. My boyfriend and I gotten the snack wraps. We both got a ranch and a spicy. The food we received was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was like raw! I went up kindly and asked for new wraps. Alex one of the workers was amazing FREE THAT MAN!!! he was so sweet. The workers asked for us to give the food back that we took a bite out of. I threw it away like any person would and they were just rude. I would rather go to a McDonalds miles miles away than this one.

Worst service ever. Paid an extra $2 for a double espresso at checkout, then was told at the counter they don’t even have double espresso — only regular coffee. And they refused to refund me. Charged for something that doesn’t exist. Shameful customer service.

I waited over 30 mins for my mobile order of 40 nugs, 4 large fries, and 2 qpc, 3 sodas, and 1 caramel frappe
When my order was finally brought my order out, it was hardly lukewarm, the nugs clearly hadnt been fried properly, and all the food tasted old
No apology for my wait time, forgot to give me my frappe, no communication from the employees during the entire wait

Horrible service horrible food honestly worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too my eggs were fried when they usually come scrambled when I asked why they weren’t scrambled the employee stated that’s how she makes her eggs I then asked if she could make them scrambled and she said no again that’s how she makes her eggs! Don’t eat here they got teens running the whole establishment and they are doing the bare minimum took almost 15 mins for my food can’t even make a simple McDouble there was little to no ketchup or mustard on my burger and the nuggets was half cooked
