If you ever find yourself in Cold Spring, MN, do not miss Cold Press. I live in North Dakota, and I genuinely dream about their coffee — specifically the Cozy Coast cold brew with cold foam. It’s hands down the best cold brew I’ve ever had. Smooth, bold, perfectly balanced, and that cold foam on top takes it to another level. It’s the kind of drink you think about long after you’ve finished it.

Beyond the coffee, the atmosphere is exactly what you want in a small-town shop — warm, cozy, and welcoming. It’s the perfect place to slow down and enjoy a moment.

The service is just as impressive as the drinks. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and quick without ever making you feel rushed. Every visit feels easy and enjoyable.

Cold Press is absolutely worth the trip — even if you’re coming from another state like I am. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I guess I am the odd man out here, and I hate being that person but I was not impressed in the least. The best part of my one time visit was the young lady at the window. I am not from the area.
I got a Frappuccino with cinnamon AND brown sugar with an extra shot. She must have forgot the flavoring. I got the breakfast burrito because I was on the go, I figured it was not going to be as messy as other things. It was extremely greasy. The bag was saturated with grease when she handed to me and grease was all over my hands. The worse part about it…..they didn’t even give me napkins either. I spent almost $20 with a tip included and sad to say was definitely not worth it. I’m all about supporting local businesses. However I think the next time I roll through. Caribou it is.

While visiting family in the area, I called my local sister and asked where to get a good cup of coffee in town. She said, hands down, Cold Press, even though Caribou is a block away. She insisted I support this local coffee shop that offers a 3D printer which is craziness! She did say that sometimes the drive through takes a while to get through, but as we walked in and out – the drive thru was empty, so who knows what’s true?

I ordered a large coffee with room for cream and they offered to add the cream for me, which I appreciated. Also ordered in our party – a kids hot cocoa and a breakfast burrito. Both were great. The burrito was fine. I think it would have been a nice touch to get a small side of salsa or sour cream with it – not much, just a dab.

We used their wifi which was strong to Facetime our family at home. Took a photo of the cool pollinator bee sticker.

Overall it was clean, well-priced, and the coffee did the trick.

We’re so lucky to have a locally owned gem like Cold Press in town! Their freshly roasted coffee, made right on-site, creates an exceptional and unique cup of coffee. I personally love cold brew—it’s smooth, rich, and perfect year-round! The atmosphere is perfect whether you’re meeting up with a friend or catching up on work. It’s clear Casey and the crew care about quality and creating a great experience for their customers. Highly recommend stopping by!

We have our team meeting here. It was a wonderful experience. I love all the artwork on the walls, the environment was so creative and colorful. The workers were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and you can tell they take the time to make it right. If you’re coming through Cold Spring, I would highly recommend swinging through. They also have a drive thru option. What a wonderful first experience! 10/10 🙂

Great products but they need to pay more attention to the customers inside vs drive thru. Always takes 15 minutes to get a coffee inside.

Cold Press Cafe was recommended to me by a fellow motorcyclist, who raved about their breakfast burritos. Now it has become my favorite place to stop while out on the bike! Staff is always awesome, food is amazing no matter what you get you can tell its made to order always hot and delicious, and their cold press is my favorite. My photo is from today’s stop, breakfast burrito with salsa and a egg nog cold press. Go check it out!

Only been here once and I was not disappointed, their honey bear mocha tastes like a caribou mocha. Their actual mocha could use a bit of sugar or a change in ratio so it’s not so bitter. The prices are pretty standard for similar businesses.
