This location consistently refuses to honor promotions from the app. Multiple times I have stopped, pulled up an in-app code, received confirmation on my phone that the code has been received, and then been told when I go to pay that the code wouldn’t work and I need to pay full price. This morning I spoke with the manager, and she told me that there was nothing she could do and asked me to pay full price. This has been the same story for weeks. My advice is skip this location unless you don’t care about getting free food rewards you’ve earned.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this McDonalds ruined my morning. I ordered in the mobile app, and went through the drive-thru. I provided my code, and upon pulling up to the first window they asked for my code again, as they misheard me the first time. Not a problem. I pull up to the second window to get my food, and the girl working the window shoved a sprite to me (not what I ordered) and told me to go wait further down and they would bring the food out to me. Before I could even respond she slammed the window shut, so I go and I wait. In the time that I wait, 6 cars that were behind me get their food and leave. In this time another customer has pulled into the parking lot, walked inside, stayed for a few minutes, and then left without food. She yelled at me in my car saying “You should just leave, they’re all playing around, you’re not going to get your food.” I am now frustrated and late for work, so I pull up to the front and park and go inside. I was going to attempt to speak to someone, but there was a long line of people waiting inside, with only one woman working the counter at a snails pace. I couldn’t be any more late to work, so I had to leave without any breakfast, and without a refund. Usually this McDonalds is very reliable, but I was left ignored, forgotten, and hungry.

This McDonalds is absolutely the worst every time I go there with my kids. What is even the point of ordering through the app when you still wait 10-15 minutes for your food curbside. Then when you get your food it’s cold or old. Then the employees are very unprofessional. They are disrespectful and they cuss. Terrible place.

“most improved award” This was the worst McDonald’s I’d ever been to in 35 years, They had nasty incompetent managers for years. If they got your order wrong, and 90% of the time they did, they literally told me not to come back after I very politely let them know it was wrong, missing items ect. corporate did nothing. I did not go back for 2 years and drove out of my way to a different location. as of recently they have all new managers who are great, the food is great, and if they make a mistake, they fix it and are quite nice about it, so best improved award goes to this place for sure, now it’s the other place that’s food is always stail or burnt tasting, or undercooked fries

I mean, it’s McDonald’s. You get what you pay for. Except it’s 2025 so you don’t even really get that. Food is overpriced but “fine”, so long as your expectations are set appropriately. Again, it’s McDonald’s. Staff are nice enough, just normal working people who are underpaid and likely overworked.
