A lot of the drive-thru staff are very nice. Most times going through the drive thru you get in and out unless you’re part of a rush which is to be expected. But going inside you almost always have to wait 20+ minutes for your food. After the renovation the interior of the restaurant is very depressing and unwelcoming. There’s no staff to be seen at the counter ever.

We went there today HORRIBLE drive thru, one car infront of us was taking 500 plus years to get their food. Doesn’t take that long to get your food, I promise that. We had to sit in the drive thru for over 20 mins just for our food to be NOT GOOD. Our drinks had no ice, and they didn’t give us my chicken nuggets TERRIBLE job. Girl at that was working the drive thru gave us NO apology for the wait fire her IMMEDIATELY. Whole experience -1/5 do better McDonald’s. Except the one guy was good looking lol.

They have a difficulty getting orders correct. I go through drive thru and don’t think I should need to check to make sure sandwiches are correct. But disappointing when get home and find mistakes. This morning I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich. Paid more for sausage. I get home and no sausage. No meat at all. Pay $5 for sandwich and it’s wrong.

Actually I really enjoy the McDonald’s McChicken sandwiches and their egg McMuffin and hash browns and orange juice and McDonald’s has been around since I was a young child and over the years I’ve lived McDonald’s has come a long way with their food menu of the different types of food orders and the staff at McDonald’s I believe are very respectful and courteous to their customers and the manager I respect all of those employees who work for any McDonald’s anywhere in the world.

Great visit clean environment very quick service I was a little confused where to get the cup for my mobile order and I wasn’t really a fan of the kiosk to order. However overall lots of parking several entrances stores seems clean everyone seems very friendly I barely have time to sit down and before they were bringing up my order I also like the flyers they have for local fall activities really good atmosphere I would definitely recommend

Decided to get the McRib. Never again from this location. The second we opened the bag we realized I made a grave mistake. The sauce was spilling out of the box and all over the other items in the bag. Then once opening the actual box, it was soaked and soggy. Extreme mess of sauce, so bad that all of the toppings fell out and it was impossible to pick up. To make matters worse, there was a hair wrapped around a piece of onion. Just a mess and bad experience. Worst part, this was at 2 in the afternoon. Not over a rush hour. Sad.
EDIT: I decided to go to their “how’d we do?” Link. I left a message like the one above. Within 72 hours I was personally called my this location’s GM. We had a good converstion and they made things right. Very proud to see how they handled this.

Good place to get a quick bite to eat. The location is a bit unfortunate. You cannot turn into here heading north on 72. You must turn early at the light between Lowe’s and Target. So heading south it’s perfect for a quick stop. The speed of service is a little slower than other McDonald’s though I’m sure that depends on the workers and time of service. Food is great.

Apparently employees at this restaurant can’t count. We received 5 burgers instead of 6. Cold fries and nuggets topped it off.
