Rude employees. The food was great. Props to whoever is behind the grill. I was heading home from military drill, and had to be in my uniform. I went to the counter, like others had done, to go order and the lady mean mugged me and asked “um… Can I help you?” In a rude tone, as if she was confused about why I was at the counter. I said I was there to order, but then I decided to use the computer thing instead. U never know why someone is in uniform, and most of the time they don’t have a choice so don’t be a jerk to them for it.

Whomever was at the drive through Friday, Oct 31st at 1:40pm was impossible to understand. It sounded like they yelling in to the mic. I told them I couldn’t understand, and they just spoke slower, but it was still just as distorted. I had to repeat my order multiple times and it was still wrong on the screen, and there was more to the order. I said there was more multiple times and did not get any response. Finally said I was leaving, backed out and left.
Painfully loud and distorted. Mistakes in the order. Missing items. And no response on the corrections. Just not worth it.

We stayed at a hotel across from here that didn’t have a breakfast. We put our order in the app before leaving the hotel and I feared that they would prep it before we got there and it would be cold by the time we arrived and that was not the case at all. Having never done this I wasn’t sure. They didn’t start the order until we got to the drive thru. Everything was perfect in the order and my wife loved the pumpkin ice coffee.

They charge $0.30 cents more for Diet Coke than regular coke. Why? Absolutely insane. Diet Coke typically is cheaper than regular coke as artificial sweetener is cheaper than sugar.

I have been coming to this McDonald’s for a very long time. Tonight my daughter and I stopped in to have a quick dinner before going home. The manager at night, a sweet girl with blue hair and a great smile was approached by an unreasonable guest. I myself have been in the food industry for 12 years and she was even more professional than I could say I’d be myself. A cranky old man spoke to her disrespectfully and entitled, when I heard the debacle and he was ignorantly denying being in the obvious wrong. She handled the bozo like a champ. If 10 stars was an option the calm cool collected manager gets my vote. Top notch. Will continue coming back.
