I ordered the fish filet sandwiches. The current deal is 2 for $6. I am an occasional cheese eater. I usually order my sandwiches without cheese. But Mickey D’s, how are you selling sandwiches with a corner of cheese? As much as people pay for their sandwiches, the least you could do is provide a $.10 piece of cheese. I was shocked and appalled to see the lack of honesty. This was truly disheartening.

Came to get French fries in the drive threw got a small fry large fry a mocha frappe with no whipped cream a fudge Sunday bbq,ranch and spicy buffalo. I got home to open my food and eat and the fry is the size of a medium maybe and the small is half full I’d say more than a kid fry but maybe by 4 fry’s. There was a lot of people in line in front of us and behind and the fry’s were cold and soggy that’s crazy honestly. Please do better it takes 3 minutes for fry’s make them fresh!

Waited 2 hours for our delivery and when we called the man who answered was so rude and sassy for no reason and did not care about the fact that we payed literally $50 for 2 grinch meals like a girl just wants a sweet treat hello. Awful service and awful people working there. Currently typing this with my roomate while on hold trying to find out when they’re delivering our nugz.

Order was delayed for two hours and my delivery person said I should try to contact the restaurant. I had no idea what was going on so I calmly contacted the restaurant about what may have happened, but the lady on the phone was insanely rude. She responded as if I said something to offend her and said “byeee” in an asinine voice while I was mid-sentence and hung up. Reading other reviews, it seems like this isn’t a one time thing either. To that lady, maybe dont work in the service industry if you cant treat people with basic decency.

This McD has a couple issues. Kiosk ordering indicates that you can only pay here-credit card, but at the end, it says “cashless failed, see front counter.” Table tents aren’t available, but it makes you enter a number anyway. Positives: 2 soda fountains, large dining room, and outdoor seating. Outdoor chairs look quite outdated and out of place…but the bright flowers are a nice touch.

We came during Saturday lunch and we were greeted by a lady at the counter and took our order. There’s always someone at the dining area cleaning. Food was warm and the cookies, the fresh cookies were so good!

This morning, I had a very disturbing experience at the drive-thru. The elderly white male employee working at the window appeared irritated simply because I asked questions about my order. He then became verbally aggressive, cursed at me, and escalated the situation to the point where I felt unsafe. His behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way, and management needs to address this immediately.

There was an issue with a door dash order, and I came to ask about it. Instead of helping me find out what happened, the manager on duty was just plain rude, to the other worker and to me, yelling it’s not there, we won’t make another one! Get a refund! Like dude I get you probably have stuff going on but you didn’t have to be so rude about it. Who made this guy a manager?

It was just an average McDonald’s, but today we a bad experience. I ordered a happy meal for my son, he complained the apple slices tasted bitter. I didn’t really think it mattered until he found a bad slice. I can bear poor service but never with bad quality food.

Who you got working there? Large coffee is cold cup is soaked and they added no sugar. On top of all that the food was hardly wrapped falling out scattered everywhere, nobody else was in line so there’s no reason I should have received my order like this. Look into you employees!
