Cup of cheese is $0.75. It is not even filled up to the top of the container. It was warm, not hot. The consistency was thick. It was nasty and didn’t taste Ike it normally does. The curly fries were not fresh. They were old and had been sitting too long. They were barely warm and full of grease.

I used to love Arby’s, until the last time I went… I went through the drive through and ordered my usual… 2 classic roast beef’s with cheddar meals, one of the two with the market sliced cheddar, both large, with curly fries and one soda, one Jamocha shake. I didn’t check the order in the drive through because I’ve never really had an issue… well this time it was an issue. I got home and had 2 roast beef’s with cheddar, one has so much of the cheesy sauce it was soggy and covering the entire sandwich bread and all. The other had the normal amount, both were ice cold, and there was only half the amount of fries as normal and they tasted like the oil was 3 months old. I called and spoke with a “mod” I was told that was their position at least and he called me a liar and refused to help and hung up on me 3 times. I have never been treated so poorly, I am beyond upset.

Seriously? Who looks at lettuce like this and says “eh I’ll thrown it on anyway, they won’t notice.” Disgusting. I wouldn’t bother with a bad review like this if it hadn’t been for a friends recent experience at this same Arby’s. He ordered a chicken sandwich that was completely raw in the middle! Get your stuff together Tahlequah! You’re going to make people sick!

This place is great. The service is consistent and kind. The staff have been there, which tells ya the management is alright and that the team works well. I always look forward to visiting Arby’s in Tahlequah as a patron or delivery driver.

The place was clean and average as far as cost is concerned. The food (Beef & Cheddar) was cool, the sandwich was taken back and replaced with a lukewarm sandwich. This is the 4th or 5th time that we’ve eaten here and I can honestly say that I’ve eaten at other Arby’s that was much better tasting and served hot, and only a few that was worse. The cheese sticks were tasty and hot though.
