Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time… the restrooms were horrible, they hardly bothered to put our nuggets in a box as they were all over our bag, and hardly gave us any fries, both of which were hard and cold. Not to mention that majority of their menu was out of stock. My husband and I are very disappointed, and wish we had a better experience.

My husband and I eat breakfast here in the lobby pretty often together. The lobby is always clean, bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and knows us well enough that they call me by name and have our order started when we walk through the door before I even start the order in the app. Its the only mcdonalds we will eat at. The food is always good and served quick.

They can’t get an order right. Food is over cooked and taste like it’s been out for days. First person I talked to had a major attitude but the second lady was really sweet and polite.

I had an awful experience here, and every other time has went about the same way. I’m not going back no matter how convenient. Every emoloyee I was in contact with was completely rude. Thay tried to make me pull forward and wait as usual. I proceeded to get nothing but attitude and then the manager aggressively shoved my food out the window. I wasted my money and went through all that to be treated terrible to get home to be missing two burgers. I was so upset and horrified by my visit, I did not even call to get my money refunded for the missing burgers. Save yourself some time and don’t bother going to this location.

Very happy with this McDonalds!! Mine locally is absolutely terrible (Greenville), but this one cooks the hash brown to the proper doneness (many rush it and ends up not being crunchy as designed to be!). Friendly staff too.

If you like cold fries this is the place to go. Tired of going back to fix orders. I called the store and let them know the fries were cold. Sorry 3 x’s and you’re out.

I ordered a McDouble add mayonnaise and had to go into the restaurant because they forgot to give me the Burger. No problem I get home open the sandwich I have two top buns with no meat. Your staff needs to be retrained. This is unacceptable.

Super slow service, drive-thru line was wrapped around the corner at 3:30 I came inside and I’m still waiting after 10 minutes. Flies buzzing around my head the entire time I’m waiting in. After 15 minutes I have my food and I’m out the door

One of the worst McDonald’s you can go to. Terrible service always. Tons of rude employees working that say absolutely nothing to you. Food always has something wrong with it as well. I hate coming here and try to avoid it if I can. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes damn near everytime, then have to go back through the twice threw THREE times to get your order right.

Drive through has a computer to take your order. And got it wrong. I was asked to pull ahead while they prepared my order. The little black girl who came to the window with 2 bags of food had no idea what I had ordered. She took the bags to another car waiting and returned, giving me the bag the other car didn’t take. The order was close to being what I ordered, I didn’t waste my time with the restaurant to try and correct it. It seemed it would be a difficult task for them.
