My husband & I waited 20 mins for two $5 value meals. They were awful, burgers & nuggets were way overcooked & fries were cold & soggy. There was an employee passed out at a table in the dining room & another employee hanging out in the women’s bathroom watching something on her phone. And we could hear people yelling at each other in the kitchen. I had a bad experience at this location about a year ago, hadn’t been there since but was looking for a quick lunch & figured I’d give it another shot. After today I will never go to this McDonald’s again.

Passed by a McD that had Abad reputation for this one. Kiosk worked fine. Food was not fast but not slow either. Server was friendly. Ketchup and napkins hidden. Clean with very slick floors. Long lines at counter. UPDATE 11/24. The only change from the last visit is the food was terrible. Burger was dry and dessicated. Fries cold. Nuggets dry. No one minded the counter so people came in and stood at the counter and left. The kiosks worked but don’t take cash so no counter help really failed the customer. Frankly, in the future I’ll look for the Burger King across the street.

All I ordered was large Fresh, Hot fries. At almost &5 you would think I’d get what I ordered. What I got was lukewarm/cold fries that tasted like they were reheated in the microwave. Both pull up windows had the most rude people I have ever had at a drive thru. No smiles, kind words or even a pleasant “thank you”. Will never go back to this McDonalds in Hermitage, PA. Corner of E. State St and Buhl Farm. Worst fries I’ve ever had in my life. It was like they purposely gave me disgusting fries because I asked for “fresh, hot” fries.

Absolute worst experience ever.. waited 15 min. for a doordash order. Boy did i see somethings..watched an employee eat a sandwich off the counter and fill orders for the drive thru not once washing their hands. Basically chaos as employees walked in circles playing on their phones, While the manager (older bald gentlemen)was outside chainsmoking cigarettes. I could continue but what’s the point. Not sure this matters but I would definitely not recommend

Went through the drive through tonight and my order was taken by Jennifer, who had quite the attitude with her sighing and tone of voice. Special order of no onion on a cheese burger. She acted like she was put out taking my order and her attitude did not improve when I got to the window to pay. I have never given a negative review, but this was a huge disappointment. Just be nice, it’s free.

Don’t expect them to be open their late night advertised hours. Multiple times have gone during normal operating hours(10-11PM) and have no response at the drive through. Lights are on, but no one is home. Unprofessional.

I went here on Monday October 14th around 10:30pm to pick up my mobile order. The young lady was VERY rude and probably shouldn’t be working with customers. I got to the window waited a few minutes and she looked behind he and handed me my order so she wouldn’t have to look at me. The morning staff is never this way.

Made me sick. Diarrhea, vomiting, fever, the works. The older guy in the Santa hat working this evening was taking off drink lids, leaning down, and smelling people’s drinks at the drive-thru. Now, I’m thinking he might’ve been spitting in them. Also, let your employees pee, the lady with the drive-thru headphones said she was going to pee her pants over the speaker.
