The drive through staff need better trained. I’ve done a customized order repeatedly and on more than 50%of the time when I go to eat the order, it’s wrong. I’ve even asked when I pick up the order if it is corrected have been told it was after they look. I will say that the lady who works at window #1 is very friendly and certainly is not like the poor workers at the other 2 windows. From now on, I will double check my order while parked at the pick-up window before leaving.

If i could leave a 0 i would. First the drive through guy was super impatient. He asked if that was all after each order, which i told him i had 3 orders. He was real sassy with me. I get to the window and the guy handing me food doesn’t say a single word. He passes out the food and doesn’t even say you’re welcome after i said thank you. I go to eat the fries and they taste like they have been sitting out and not changed. Disgusting. Super disappointing.

It is nice having a real person to help you instead of being forced to use a do it yourself kiosk. The staff does cater to drive through and taking 5 minutes to get an iced coffee is a little ridiculous. I use this McDonald’s frequently and will continue to do so. The management team is awesome.

Always missing food, sauces, happy meals and the last time I ordered something was pretty sad how there is no communication. Ordered a McDonaldland meal comes with a milkshake, so I ordered a drink as well. At window #2 they said shake machine is down. He could offer me a refund or another drink. I did not have the energy to deal with such stupidity so I just left shaking my head.

I love how even though I come late sometimes (when I get off at 10pm) the staff aren’t noticeable irritated, rude or closing super early like most McDonald’s do. Thank you for you’re service.

Me and my husband came here for dinner. First off. We had to clean our own table as they are all filthy! A workers hat sitting on a table… I got a bacon quarter pounder. I very easily get sick from uncooked foods. Well it was PINK. So my husband got it remade. He goes to eat his double bacon quarter pounder. Its JUST as pink! Fries are cold and hard. Its sad its gotten this bad!!!! There’s ZERO excuse for this.

The chunky lady at the first drive thru window is rude and not friendly at all. She’s snappy and annoyed when you ask her a question. If she doesn’t like her job then maybe she should get a job cleaning toilets so she doesn’t have to deal with people!

Ordered 20 nuggets, got 1 10 piece. Also asked for buffalo sauce and got all honey mustard. Also asked for no ice in my drink, and it clearly has ice. Very disappointed in the staff today. My order was completely messed up in every possible place.
