Ordered from the monopoly menu. If you order your quarter pounder without the bun you won’t get your monopoly piece and I think they ran out of the large monopoly cups since none of our large teas came with one

I truly want to have grace with this place, as my orders are usually pretty much right, but they ALWAYS screw something up.
Typically, they don’t put sauce in the bag. No big deal, it’s almost become a joke anymore that I have to walk back in and get the sauce packets I paid $.025 for.
Today, I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit (NO EGG) and a sausage and cheese McMuffin (NO EGG). I got two sausage egg and cheese McMuffins, even though one was wrapped in a sausage biscuit wrapper with a note on it saying “no folded egg”. While I was at the kiosk ordering all I heard were employees talking about white claws and drinking. Maybe take a few minutes to get my order right instead of rambling on about nonsense. Didn’t have time to remedy the situation immediately as I had somewhere to be.

Order a fry & Mocha frappe small. Seen lady put bag of fries down. Had to go make Frappe. You can hear that machine. She tried starting it twice. Waited 10 mins she walked by fries & was like oh damn. Never heard frappe machine. Ended up giving me cold fries & chocolate milk shake. Watch what u get. No only McDonald’s that does it.

Yeah I’m glad I’m moving out and never have to use this McDonald’s again. This is the second time I’ve had to contact customer service and the bigger manager (dunno her name and that’s all I could really tell from her) that has PROUDLY worked at McDonald’s for 30 years. Was very rude. I know how the mobile ordering works. They say they don’t make your food until you get there even tho I mobile ordered multiple times and have had to walk in because my food was already made. But whoops. The big one with 30 years said I treated them like they were incompetent when that wasn’t the case. Told her employees to “watch out because I’m mad” like I would take it out on them. When I wouldn’t because I DO KNOW how it is to be in customer service. If you can choose somewhere else to eat. Then please do. Burger King down the road will always be my go to or brightons hot dog. Lmao. Congrats ms.30 years. I’m half your age and obviously doing better for myself. I can’t, very childish work environment. This just made my day to hear someone flex that they have worked at McDonald’s for 30 years…
-I do not have an issue with any of the workers. Most of them are high schoolers/ college students (which is how it should be for a McDonald’s) and have nothing to do with it. I just had an issue with the manager who honestly shouldn’t be one. She needs her attitude checked. She acts like a high schooler. Not like a manager. I asked my questions but still ordered food and didn’t say one word to the workers as I know it’s not their fault. She came out of her way to talk to me.
Forgot to mention the food was cold when we got it. So if you want a manager that’s probably 50 being rude to you, and cold food, then this is the right place for you!

Too many troublemaker kids go there! They bounce balls off the walls! Curse a lot and talk sexual situations very loud! Give regular customers dirty looks if you look at them! The police were called a while ago; and they did nothing! They told me I shouldn’t be there and should go to Sheetz instead! The young cop said that McDonald’s doesn’t care about troublemakers! The mayor Anthony Court was a little more understanding and compassionate! Things need to change on the inside!

The workers are nice and the food is good, but I would choose a different location if you prefer to get the right order. Today we had to pull up from the drive through only to get home and find they didn’t give us any of the fries that were ordered. When we pay for extra sauce, it’s a toss up on whether we get it. If you order a spicy egg mcmuffin, you can’t drive away because 90% of the time they gave you a sausage one and you have to go in to get it fixed. I used to the spicy egg mcmuffin multiple times a week, but only received the right one twice – the rest I had have fixed or ripped the nasty sausage off (now I drive to another location for it). My wife has multiple show us your email for free crap solutions which are useless and go unused because the last thing I want to do is go inside to deal with it.

i waited in the drive thru for over 15 mins all i ordered was 3 things didnt even get an apology or anything!!! one guy was just standing around literally put my drink by the window but didnt give it to me and went outside to smoke while there was a huge line behind me went at 10:42 left at 11:10 at night!!!

I’m not a huge McDonald’s fan, but I have to say, this location always slaps. The drive-thru goes pretty fast, and the fries are always hot and fresh. Never had my order wrong here.
I will say it is difficult to get their attention on the inside (they’re more DT focused). On the plus side, they always give my doggie treats in the DT
