I came in tonight and ordered a Crispy chicken sandwich, medium fries, & a medium coke. I’m starting to see a patern and get annoyed with not getting a full amount of fries.
I’m realizing I’m having this issue everywhere I go. You order food and it’s either not what you ordered or you get a small order of fries in a medium container. I just want what I ordered. For the prices we as customers are paying I just think it’s fair.
Other than the fries being really a small the food and drink were good. I just know I’m not the only one dealing with this. It’s almost like they do it on purpose like my friend says all the time.
We just want what we ordered at the end of a LONG 11 hour shift.
The esthetics were good. Good clean store that had nice seating and plenty of decor options.
Caught a picture of McDonalds hiring sign. Looks like they’re looking for some people if you’re looking for work.

My son and I normally stop here on our way to do tours at the Hill View Manor. The last time we stopped will more than likely be our last. There was a hair in our fries. The burgers that were supposed to be plain had onion on them and the ones with only mayo had enough mayo for 5 burgers! This place went downhill! I don’t recommend this McDonald’s at all.

The night shift manager that always works here may be quiet and perhaps a little bit shy and introverted with very little verbal communication, but I would have to take note that he is always very kind and friendly to all customers from my own personal experience, and he always ensures that my order request will be customized correctly. I hope he can continue to make all customers smile just as he has brightened my own days. We need more people like him to run McDonald’s restaurants to ensure the greatest and most exceptional customer service.

This particular McDonald’s is top notch. I have eaten here more than a few times, mostly drive-thru, and the food is always fresh and HOT. I do not recall them ever missing on my order, which is extremely hard to say about any other takeout establishment these days. Also, they are extremely consistent. Lastly, everyone working here has always been polite. To the management and staff of this McDonald’s, THANK YOU!

The lady rang me up, I asked her to have the machine put more ice in the drink, she tells me its pre- made ( I worked for mcds 3 times 20 yrs ago and trained people on this exact drink) and couldn’t do that. I told her that it could be done + I order it ALL the time.
Then I say, “No whip, add oreo and extra caramel”, SHE RINGS IT IN CORRECTLY. Did NOT take off the deal but told me after the fact that the code didnt go through. So , I ask for a refund& to be rung in again.
Her: oh my God, help her! (talking to another worker)
Same DISRESPECTFUL worker makes the drink REGULARLY, WITH whipped cream and NO oreo.
whole thing was a NIGHTMARE & she needs written up or fired with that attitude and no focus.
AND she was eating an oreo while ringing me up, UNPROFESSIONAL.
**DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALD’S**

The tall gentleman that works the night shift always does a fantastic job. Fries are always fresh, the burgers look like the commercial on tv, and my fiancé loves her hot chocolate and wraps. We have a bigger order and he’s always efficiently as well. I hope Mcdonald’s is aware of how awesome he is because I have never had a consistent good meal at mcdonald’s except for his one.

The fella that usually works the late night shift (anywhere from midnight till the early morning) always takes good care of my boyfriend and I during our late night cravings! Food is always fresh, fast, and looks like the menu photos; and he always anticipates our needs. Very professional and great service! We always look forward to coming here.

Came in at 5:20 am to order. Only one person working drive thru and the counter. Could not get anyone to wait on me. Another person comes in 15 minutes later and was extremely rude. I still didn’t get waited on so I left. She was an older lady with a braid in her hair wearing a winter hat. Don’t open your store if you cant staff it properly. It’s a travel center that is extremely busy 24/7.

Although I didn’t order the hash browns, my brother was over heard saying “… you guys might be underselling how great the hash browns were. They were perfectly ‘crispy'” – Dave U
Also, the staff was a delight to deal with. My friend Jeff has a mediocre sense of humor and has very poor timing. Despite his inadequacies in making people laugh, he managed to get a polite laugh from one of the employees. It made his day!
