Terrible service ordered a McDouble meal with no ketchup , due to an allergy, with a side of ranch and sweet tea to drink. The sweet tea was only 3/4 full. As always at this location the sauces were not in the bag so I had to go back through the drive-thru. Finally left and went to eat my food and there was ketchup all over the burger so much that it coated the wrapper. I know the employee taking the order did her job correctly as the screen is always right but the people working in the kitchen are terrible there is no quality control. There is no one making sure orders are correct I have never had a 100% correct order from this location. Finally I had to pull forward to an additional spot and wait for this food so I waited longer than expected for “fast food” to get an order that was 100% wrong.

Only a 2 because the lady that took my order was sweet. Other then that a 0. I got 2 small shamrock shakes, and they pulled me forward, I had to call them after 10min. And they said, he has to change the syrup when I ask how long is that going to take, she said when its done he will bring it out and hung up. Very rude person. It took 15 min to get them.

Showed up at 10:20 to get breakfast waited in line only for them to deny breakfast. Then when I was forced to order off the lunch menu every order except one was wrong. I expected better than the alternative McDonald’s downtown Johnstown but from now on I know better. They even told me to hold at 10:26 until 10:30 just so they could switch menus. If that’s not bad enough, after I ordered they made me sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes while making my order. Burger kind has never done that to me.

Once again, there is a line 5 cars deep at this McDonald’s. No matter what you order you will wait for twenty minutes to get it. How is this place still in business and why do people still come here. I laughed when the person I was with pulled in here to get something quick. This location isn’t fast food, it’s at their leisure food. If you read this, just go to a different location. It’s quicker to drive to scalp and get your food than to wait in line here

I have an issue EVERY time I order from this store. Nugget condiments are ALWAYS missing. I NEVER have a straw in my bag. Today I ordered a Mocha Frappe and got a Caramel frappe. The employees here can’t even put a sandwich together properly. My sandwiches come sideways, cheese off the sandwich, messed up customizations. When I order extra onions they make it with NO onions. Either the employees here can’t read or they are just blatantly lazy and careless. It could be a mix of both.

Clean and friendly service. The got my original order wrong when I ordered a double Big Mac. It was packaged as a double Big Mac, but it was a regular Big Mac. They corrected the sandwich and upsized the fries. The young man that brought the replacement food was very nice and apologetic.

I don’t normally write reviews but today was horrible at the McDonald’s on plaza dr. Waited 20 plus minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers and a drink I actually had to ask 3 xs for my drink and still didn’t get the drink I ordered ended up with a coke instead of a sweet tea. Than one of the workers was so irritated that she said really loud she’s about to walk out. My burgers were just sitting on a tray getting cold because they weren’t marked with no pickle they seriously need to do something with this McDonald’s or shut it down horrible service all around had to use the kiosk because all the employees just stood there instead of someone coming to the register. And to top it off got home to eat my burger and it was raw
