Id give this place ZERO stars if I could. Ive never been thru their drive thru and not been told to pull up and wait. Ever. Waited today for my order in a drive thru spot. Had to call the store after 15 minutes and nobody seemed to know i was there. I had to actually go in for a refund. The team had forgotten I was waiting in a spot. Apparently, reading a screen, bagging food and looking out a window at a waiting car is too much for the staff.Tara the manager offered nothing but an empty apology. Poor and ignorant leadership equals poor and ignorant staff.They should close that place down. They only care about online orders like doordash and ubereats. I cant stress enough to avoid this miserable place.

I went through the drive thru and used my mobile app with it. They asked for my app number, I ordered, pulled up and paid for it, and received my food all in about 3 minutes. They were very quick, friendly, and I was happy to see that my order was correct!

Go literally anywhere else for your food, I promise. Never get your order right, floors so greasy, you can ice skate on them standing still. Crew is mainly teenagers that openly whine and complain/gossip about multiple customers (witnessed firsthand) and orders they have to do.

Not impressed at all. When I went through the drive through I couldn’t understand the person taking my order. I asked for the grinch salt and she never put it on my order so when I got to the second window and asked if they had my salt in the bag they told me that I need to pay for it to get it.

Dont order food from here, they got my order right 2/10 times which is INSANE for a multi-million dollar fast food chain. The workers act more childish than an elementary school classroom and they are about as clean as a toilet. Cannot WAIT for this location to get shut down

The food I got is a disgrace. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The last time i ordered from them they completely forgot my chicken nuggets. This time my burger is soaked in ketchup. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s around!! DO NOT EAT THERE!

If you want your order to be wrong all time, and get attitude when you tell them it’s wrong. This is the restaurant for you. Orders are never right. Food is over cooked undercooked. Thrown in a bag. Sandwichs smashed. Fries that tastes like they sat there all day. Worst McDonald’s ever. New owners care less then past. Save your money. Go elsewhere.
