4 Stars – Significantly Above Average
After countless disappointing visits to other locations, I can confidently say this McDonald’s is better than most. It’s a rare example of the brand operating at a higher than normal standard.
My four-star rating is based on three key, often-missing, factors:
1. Speed: The counter service was remarkably quick. My wait time was minimal compared to the usual experience.
2. Food Quality: The meal was delivered piping hot—a true rarity these days. The freshness was immediately noticeable.
3. Cleanliness: The restaurant and service areas were visibly clean and well-maintained.
Frankly, I never thought I’d recommend a McDonald’s, given the recent decline in reputation. However, this location is an outlier and a credit to the franchise. Highly recommended for a reliable, fast meal.

I don’t know why once in awhile I just go crazy and think that MAYBE i can find something to eat here that doesn’t make me sick to my stomach. I tried again….. nothing changed. I do like their ice tea. Other than that…. not so much…

Edit: it’s been 3 weeks and all I got was a single cookie cutter reply from their management who then failed to address my follow-up emails or the fact that I posted the review directly here so everyone can see how lazy they were. Edit: I used the suggested contact form and received a canned email respond with no indication my review was read or taken seriously. Good looks, mcdonalds!! Changed from 2 to 1 star. Original: I concur with the viewer below me Wanda, saying “what happened to this location”? This McDonald’s used to be really good but something changed in the past 2 months. I don’t think they’re as a clean of environment as they used to be. The ketchup tastes like it’s been contaminated with the barbecue sauce. I can walk in on opening at 6:00 a.m. and the floors are sticky and you can see hand smears and fingerprints on the menus. The burgers and fries taste like there’s old grease on them from the day before or they don’t rinse the tools all day. The other night I went in 27th Sept and they didn’t have trays to give to the customers (because they didn’t want to wash them?) nothing was given to me as an apology no extra patty my burger, The woman didn’t even make eye contact with me as she told me. Clearly they just didn’t want to clean them and were leaving them for the day crew it was 10pm last Saturday. The time before, the person that served me my food had just had their hands on the mop without gloves, 30 seconds later grabs my food, and then they brought me my food 30 minutes after I ordered and apologized and again didn’t give me any type of compensation no extra patty on my burger no ice cream nothing. If you guys don’t care anymore that’s fine but shut down the restaurant or be willing to pay a competent manager to make sure the employees do their jobs! Sheetz down the street now has better burgers and they’re open for way more hours !

It truly is a shame that they don’t sell hamburgers anymore. Ordered a Big Mac today, I got the standard bun, lettuce cheese and sauce, and 2 brown flavorless disks that were slightly over 3 millimeters thick. The price was $5.79 which is ridiculous for what I received. Come on McDonald’s, do better! This shrinkflation is out of control.

Ahhhhhhhhh never been to a worse McDonalds idk if it was just today but ahhh all employees were fighting with each other and I got five nuggets in my 6 nugget meal witch im ok with but everything else was crazy and took 25 minutes for a four peice and burger also they was outta big Mac’s lol literally three people walked out cause the big Mac’s were not in stock. It says on the bottom of me writing this why food is recommend but not the big Mac cause it’s not it stock also chicken nuggets but still you might get shorted idk you choose

The outside was dirty the employee at the window was rude as ever our food was cold too idk why it’s so hard to get warm food that’s why we don’t go there it’s a shame it’s my kids birthday and he wanted to stop with his brothers to get food and it was gross and they were rude like they barely gave us fries and I said something and they had a whole issue I even gave them it to throw away!!! Literally terrible! We don’t eat out all that much because people literally ruin it!!!

As a DoorDash driver, I can confidently say this restaurant has lost me a lot of money for their extreme wait times for orders, even during off hours when they’re not busy.
I’m lucky if I can get my order within 15 mins of being there, but it is frequently much longer which is just unacceptable. This is by far the worst McDonalds location in the Greensburg area.

What happened to this McDonald’s??? It used to be wonderful with hot food and quick service. It’s the opposite now. Complete opposite. Here on a Thursday afternoon. 4 cars. No movement in drive thru. I wondered if the inside was closed. Sooooo slow during the week too I guess. Pop tastes like seltzer. Ugh.

This place is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I stop there it is a ridiculously long wait in line to get my food. Half the time when I get there and I’ve ordered off the app they’re closed. Which means I have to wait a week to get my money refunded to me. The last time I was there I got a quarter pounder and french fries the quarter pounder was cold enough that the cheese wasn’t melted and the french fries were probably an hour old sitting underneath the heat lamps.
