Asked for a happy meal with fries, apple slices and honey mustard with the Disney toy that comes on the menu. Was looking forward to my apple slices and fries.
I receive spicy buffalo sauce, an apple pie, nuggets, no fries at all and a different toy entirely.
Also no straws for any drinks and no spoon for the McFlurry I ordered.
Don’t trust this McDonald’s with doing anything with competence because time and time again they fail.

I did, obviously immediately reach out to DoorDash. However, that in no way negates the store’s inability to simply check an oder before sealing the bag. I did, in fact, receive the sealed bag with no reminats of what would have been my fries/order. The issue was and still is, besides being negligent and careless, that I then had nothing to eat. So thanks!!
I ordered 2 Happy Meals for my child and 2 Ranch Snack Wraps and a Medium fry for myself, via the McDonald’s app and delivery through DoorDash. Upon receiving my order, I opened the bag to find the only things in the bag were the Happy Meals. They completely neglected to include half of the order! Totally unacceptable that this location clearly doesn’t care enough to even confirm orders are complete. If this location is your option for a delivery service, DO NOT waste your time ordering!

First time I’ve ever written a review about a drive thru interaction. I ordered online and came in a couple minutes after close. I talked to a couple of the employees and after seeing that I only ordered a McChicken and fries, they agreed to make my order even though the restaurant had already closed. While in the drive through, I had great conversations and laughs with every employee I talked to. I was even offered a complementary drink at the end with my food. Service and the people there were exceptional. It was also probably the best McChicken I’ve ever had in my life.

I don’t know what happened to this location because they used to be great 99% of the time. The last two times I’ve visited I’ve waited 30+ minutes in the drive through and when I got my food it was wrong and cold. Also please don’t tell me short staffed as i literally came to the second window & there was 5 people standing there talking both times. I’m not normally one to complain but come on.

Why is it every time we get food from this location it a mess my wife’s mcchicken mayo on the side of the bun not on it like it’s supposed to be and my snack wrap with ranch on the side of it and my double cheeseburger ketchup on the side of the bun instead of people complaining about not getting $15 an hour they need to do the job right before anything this location is terrible I’m about to gather a lot of my buddies and go and protest and try and shut them down they can’t do anything right it seems like

The ice to beverage ratio is very off. Not enough ice and it leaves the drink too syrupy- even if you ask for extra ice you don’t get it. I get it’s fast food, but what is the point of being able to customize something in the app if that is ignored? An icy coke used to be one of my fav treats for myself and they have been lackluster.

First visit yesterday lunchtime. There’s a young lady who brought my order out to the car. She spoke fast with such enthusiasm I’m not sure I heard her correctly but I think she said her name was Alesha. If I’m wrong, I’m sure you will know who I speak of. She was a sweetheart with such a smile , customer interaction with her was awesome. It’s so hard to find good people and this gal has a zest for life, pride in her work and pretty darn good people skills. In 20 seconds we had a great convo and think she should be recognized. If I got her name wrong, I’ll be better prepared to listen next time in town. Lady at the window was awesome as well!

waited 40 mins in line got to the speaker 10 mins before closed asked several times if they were still taking orders no answer no communication. i was just wondering if i should stop wasting my time or go to the window. took another 20 mins to get to window the bigger man w glasses didn’t apologize when i asked why he just didnt say yes or no if they were still taking orders just thought it was rude i wasnt mad about the food just felt like this could have been avoided if he said yes or no

My order was received and delivered cold and my drink warm…with no ice? Idk how hard it is to work at Mc Donalds but seems easy to put ice in a drink atleast. Manager please check your employees services. Its on you.
