Absolutely the worse experience I have had. Took 1hour and 50min to get my food on top of that my frozen drink was completely melted and nothing was edible. If you are backed up on orders might I recommend making the frozen drinks last as you are handing the driver the bag. Maybe warm up your orders that have been sitting out for over an hour. Or remake a cold order when the dasher arrives. To hand out a melted frozen drink and hard cold food is absolutely lazy. Do better management!!!!

Despite the mixed reviews, I’d have to say that this McDonald’s may possibly be the best in the area. Having worked in the fast food industry, it’s frustrating to see people not putting in effort or making things to standard protocol. However, this McDonalds has nailed it time and time again 🙂 the food is always fresh and the fries salted, the people are friendly and keep things cleanly, even the presentation of the food is beautiful. I am truly amazed by the consistent kindness and dedication of these people, and it really shows. Thank you guys for working hard, I see you!!!!

I went again just to give another shot. The cashier had a attitude. It took 20 minutes to get my food. The food did not taste fresh. It was dry and over salted. I did not get my son’s chocolate milk. No syrup for pancakes. No utensils. The staff that was in the back was dancing laughing like they were having good time. I have worked at McDonald’s and been customer but have never seen a more poorly managed and supervised McDonald’s then this one.

The drive-thru screen had some kinda issue and was off tonight. However, the staff was exceptional. They were able to get my order correct and was very prompt despite the issues with screens.

Drove through the drive thru on a Saturday about 3:30pm. I could barely understand the person taking our order, which was 2 medium milkshakes and one m&m mcflurry. When they repeated back my order they said oreo mcflurry and I corrected them that it was m&m. When I paid the kid at the window ask if we ordered the milkshakes and oreo mcflurry, I said yes but it is supposed to be an m&m mcflurry. He said ok, I will correct it. When we finally pulled up to the window for the order they asked for us to pull into the #1 spot because our order wasn’t ready. I told that girl if the order says oreo it’s supposed to be m&m, she said got it. 17 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our 3 drinks and guess what, they brought out an oreo mcflurry! I told the girl it was supposed to be an m&m and she looks at the receipt and says no its not, it says oreo! We just took the oreo one. I wouldn’t recommend using the drive thru here. Also, all 3 ice creams were melted by the time we received them.

I love this McDonald’s. I go here at least twice a week, and every time I go, I get in and out quickly, with hot food and great customer service. They’ve even read back my order correctly a few times. There was also a few recent times they have messed up.

Ordered a quarter pounder here, and they gave me a “plain burger” consisting of just a patty between two buns. They even forgot my BBQ sauce for my nuggets. Had to go inside from the drive thru just to get it straightened out. I wouldn’t go back to this location.
