You should be able to add ranch for free when you use it instead of ketchup especially when you are spending more that 10 on a meal. They charge 30 cent each while other restaurants don’t. The table set up is horrible unless you like eating 2 ft from strangers. Ended up eating in the car. What happened to private booths?

All I ordered was a freeze for my grands and a sweet tea for me. After paying for my purchase the cashier came from behind the counter, walked across the floor and fixed my tea then handed it to me with the hands he also handled money with! When asked why I couldn’t fix my own tea, he got smart. I walked away to keep anything from getting started!

If you want wat you order I suggest a different location. I have gotten multiple incorrect orders at this one. This last time 3 out of 4 sandwiches were from a different order even had different order tags on them no condiments and half empty fries.

I didn’t order anything. I waited in line in drove thru for i don’t know how long in the hot sun. I finally get to the speaker and ask for the Grimace meal. The guy at the speaker said, “I’m sorry. We have nothing Grimace. That promotion is over. No more Grimace. Meanwhile, I was sitting there looking at a promotion on the menu for the Grimace meal. If you no longer have it, then why are you still promoting it on you menu and on TV? Not to mention, I didn’t like the way he broke the news to me, so I told him that I didn’t want anything, then after that, I had to wait another 10 mins just to be able to pull out of the drive thru.

It’s a shame I have to drive to murrysville to go to a better McDonald’s. We got Frapes from here. And whatever cleaning products they used to clean the machine. Never got emptied and they mixed ice in it and served it to us. We got sick for days!! Never ever again will we eat at this one ever again!

Half an hour for a quarter pounder. Ice cream cone sitting on counter for 10 min. Didn’t make milkshakes, that’s another 10 minutes. Bad attitude towards customers and their own coworkers They only paid attention to the drive thru. They were better a couple of years ago. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS. It will make you never want to go to any McDonald’s ever again!

Unfortunately, the young lady at the window wasn’t very friendly. We are very aware of the charge for bbq sauce when nuggets aren’t ordered, I’ve been ordering the same thing for like 20 years! She was just rude and off putting. Also, fries weren’t hot nor were the boxes filled fill with fries. So disappointed.
