Waited over 34 min for 3 sandwiches during breakfast also no ice in my drink because the manager said “if I give out cups of ice we won’t have any” ridiculous! and nothing was made correct . How do u miss the cheese ???? 34 minutes!!! WILL NOT BE COMING BACK the whole curbside pickup and mobile order parking is completely packed up! They have everyone pulled up! What is going on!!??!

Placed an order on the app. They took my money. Everything was fine. I show up and it’s closed? My app says it’s preparing so I can’t cancel it or refund it. I see someone is inside so I call, she ignores the phone so I call again. She tells me to cancel on the app she has nothing to do with it. I told her I’m on the app right now and I literally cannot. The app policy states I cannot cancel after the payment has been submitted. She says I’m full of it, people do it all the time and hangs up. I call back saying to go to the door and I’ll show her she’s incorrect and she starts screaming about how she knows what she is doing and to take it up with customer service.l, and that she is calling the cops!
ON ME? THE ONE YOU JUST STOLE FROM?! Oh well I did, funny that customer service says to come get my refund from the store that the o der was placed at!
Seems to me that the manager at this period in time clearly is untrained, if she not capable to lead, than the other employees aren’t capable either. Because the manager cannot teach the employees anything if the manager doesn’t know it to teach them.
I hope the manager takes some time for PR training because I promised corporate I would record the interaction when I return for my refund and send them the video so they can revise it to see if anything needs done further

Well I deleted my 5 star review from 5 months ago. At the time they were getting lousy reviews and I had excellent service and gave them 5 stars. Well today I walked in at 10:30 and was ghosted with 7 other customers behind me for 10 minutes. So much for fast food. Pictures posted with time date stamp upon entering and while waiting first in line. I waited another 2 minutes and walked out. I am top rated on Google maps and this was my first 1 star review ever in my life. Really deserves a zero for ghosting it’s customers.

Why do they say open when they are not ever open. The morning crew is the best, after that you have a bunch of kids working with what seems like no supervision. I’ve seen people playing on their phones at the window. I’ve smelled weed coming from inside the store when they open the window to say we’re closed no staff yet there’s employees standing around in there. Someone from upper management needs to get this resteraunt in check or close it. Its rediculous and unfortunately its the closest one to me and my one grandchild loves chicken nuggets or id never go here.

Placed a to go order on the kiosk. Ordered two burgers, large fries and a milk shake. I paid through the kiosk. When the order came up, they only called our number. Nothing else was said. I looked in the bag in the car and there were no fries. When I returned to tell them, the worker said “We don’t have any fries.” I saw the manager and he refunded my money but at no time did anyone say before that there were no fries. No signs on the kiosk or anywhere else.

i actually have zero clue as to how this place remains in business, between closing at 6:45 on a thursday to taking over 20 minutes per drive thru customer. this franchisee must be nuts. food was atleast hot and made correctly after waiting so long.

I recently visited McDonald’s and was very disappointed with my experience. The restaurant was dirty, with trash overflowing from bins and tables not cleaned properly. The service was slow and unfriendly, and it took over 20 minutes to get my order. When I finally received my food, it was cold and tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for a while. My kid was very sick after eating from this McDonald’s. The fries were soggy, and the burger was poorly assembled. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will not be returning to this location.

Should have stayed away and listened to the reviews. Does this look like a mcdouble to you??? I want my money back or a free meal. Food was cold even though I had to wait in a reserved spot. I’m pretty sure the employees intentionally cause problems so less people will go to their location.

They can’t even give me ranch or give me the right drink. I got a Coke with my grinch meal and then one of the drinks were a Dr Pepper and I absolutely DESPISE Dr Pepper. We also had to wait for like 30 minutes to get our food.
