Please look at this picture of my Big Mac and tell me how this is okay. Also there was a 25 minute wait prior to this. Wild….even for “fast food”. Avoid unless dying of hunger, then just go across the street tonsheetz…For real it was that bad, so bad im leaving a review for a McDonalds….

Excelllent for a McDs. In and out of the Drive-Thru in under 5 minutes. This is how every McDs experience should be. Staff was courteous, professional and efficient. Food was decent. No half asleep Zombies who mumble and grumble indistinctly. No 20 minute wait for a burger and fries. Burger was good, soft and intact and not smashed or petrified, fries were not cold or extremely stale. Nuggets tasted normal, weren’t rock hard and did not taste like dish soap or cleaning products. Some McDonalds have these problems. This one does not. It was a great experience of what you’d expect of a well run McDonalds.

Visited 2/22/2026. The short, skinny dark-haired male manager will lock the doors at random without having an excuse and will make up an excuse. I was there a little before 5pm and I overheard him bitching about the customers in front of customers and wanting locking the doors early. There weren’t any customers in the restaurant when I first got there but about a half hour later it started to get busy. I guess he doesn’t realize that there are 3 rushes – breakfast, lunch, dinner and what he was in was the dinner rush. If ya can’t take the heat get out of the kitchen.

The best way that I would describe this specific McDonald’s location is a “hit-or-miss.”
Most of the time, everything is prepared just as ordered (either at the counter, through the Kiosk, or through delivery). However, there have definitely been times where something is either completely missing and not sent out or something isn’t made right (comes out luke-warm or missing added ingredients / including removed ingredients).
Place is pretty clean as far as I’ve seen. The staff is nice as well, haven’t personally experienced anything “out-of-line” like others have mentioned before.
Overall, I’d give it at least four stars across the board.

This McDonalds SUCKS. The food is never fresh or hot it seems like it sits in those trays all day long so they don’t have to make anything fresh.. they advertise the monopoly but they NEVER have it on the food or the drinks… the only thing good about this place is its right off route 8 and is convenient that’s it..

Absolutely terrible experience. They got the order wrong 3 times. I pulled up to the drive through window, and I asked what the total was.She would not tell me but took my card.I asked three times while she ran the card and she would not tell me. Finally, she hands me the card back and I say, what was the total?And she gives it to me, and I say, that’s not correct.Can I see the receipt?Which she also did not want to give me. So she did, and I said, this is not my order.I only ordered two. And the lady shrugged her shoulders and said, wow, this is what we entered. I handed her my card back and said.Well, can you refund me for the other sandwich?I don’t want it here is my card.And she refused. It’s bad enough, however, priced.This is, and it’s bad enough.How bad the food is?It would be nice if I was at least treated well.

Visited on 08/01 at 9:30 P.M. I was met with surprisingly poor customer service. I politely asked for the sauces that were missing from our order—these were supposed to be included with our meals. The staff member informed me they would cost 25 cents, despite them being part of the meal. I even checked the trash to ensure they hadn’t been overlooked. When I raised this respectfully, she replied, “I’m not going to argue with you, they were in the bags,” in a dismissive tone.
As someone who works in customer service, I understand how demanding the job can be—but courtesy should never be optional. The woman in the dark blue shirt was unnecessarily rude, and her attitude reflected poorly on the establishment. She should be fired immediately.

I stopped here a couple weeks ago after work to get dinner. It was around 4 pm and wasn’t busy at all. I ordered a big Mac meal and a 20 piece chicken nuggets with the basket of fries. I was in and out of the drive thru rather quickly which is the only thing positive about this visit. When I got home the nuggets were cold and looked like they had been sitting around since lunch time, the fries were undercooked. White and floppy not golden brown and my big Mac didn’t have and meat on it! I called to complain and was immediately put on hold for several minutes before being hung up on and when I called back the “manager ” took my name and address and said he would send me a coupon to replace the garbage that I received and I still haven’t gotten anything. I will never spend another dollar at this McDonald’s and don’t recommend it to anyone.
