We ordered on the kiosk for food to be delivered on table, it wasn’t. Instead our number was called out to pick our food from the counter. Why bother with the table tents then? Although it wasn’t busy and there was plenty of staff at the back. I have zero issues in getting my meal, but then what’s the point of it? Place was clean and quiet. Food was okay ish

The kid at the pick up window with the west deer fireman sweatshirt is absolutely miserable we have been there 2 times this week and both times he was just mean and miserable . His customer skills need additional training. I’ll never go back to that one . I’ll drive to the one on Rt8 and Wildwood. It’s a shame because the girl taking the order was so sweet and very nice . We did mention that the guy was miserable last time we were there. She said I know exactly who you are talking about.

Ordering at the self-registration booth was easy. After ordering, our food was not delivered to the table neither were we called. Our ice creams were melted. They substituted those. Staff was not keen on who they were serving. They all, however, moved to the drive-by window and screamed when a cute guy drove through, leaving the front cashiers deserted. We waited significantly for our food. People who ordered after us directly at the cash register got their food served quickly.

I did a curbside check-in and waited over 10 minutes. Eventually I walked inside and nobody even started making my food. The drive-thru went through twice while I was waiting. If you come to this McDonald’s and you order on the app, don’t do the curbside. You’re prioritized lower than everyone else, including the people in the restaurant. Do the drive-thru instead even if the line is tremendously long.

I went in today before an important meeting and i waited over 12 minutes for a FRY. A MEDIUM FRY. When I told the manager about this and said it was unreasonable for it to take so long, I was told they were training people in grill. Keep in mind, grill has NOTHING to do with my order, it should’ve taken three minutes at MOST if they didnt have any fries down. This was absolutely unreasonable. The only reason I gave a 1 instead out 0 is because my friend works here.

First time, in a long while congenial service, accurate order filled at a McDonald’s. This facility has not been visited by me in years. It was fine the last time I was there, and has remained so obviously. Facility clean, food good, staff very congenial. Other franchises should learn from this store.
